NBA Odds: Thunder, Jazz Square Off Wednesday Night

Wednesday’s NBA schedule gives fans an intriguing matchup between two second tier teams in the Western Conference: The 15-9 Oklahoma City Thunder and 15-10 Utah Jazz.

The Thunder are powered by point guard Russell Westbrook, who’s first in the league in scoring, second in assists and averages a triple-double. His rebounding prowess is a huge boost for the Thunder, who are fourth in the league in rebound differential at 3.8; only the Denver Nuggets, Chicago Bulls and Houston Astros are have better rebound differentials.

The Jazz are hanging in there despite struggling through injuries, but small forward Gordon Hayward is back in action after sitting out for a game due to an aggravated finger injury. He leads the Jazz offense, which is no juggernaut, ranking 24th in the league in points per game. That being said, they’re efficient. The Jazz shoot over 46% from the floor, which is sixth in the NBA (Oklahoma City isn’t far behind in ninth).
