At 2 pm, our selection is on the Detroit Mercy Titans + the points over Northwestern.  When we last saw the Wildcats, they were upsetting the #1 team in the country, Purdue, in overtime, 92-88.  The Wildcats have had a long layoff following that upset win nine days ago, while Detroit played just three days ago at home, vs. Ball State.  The Titans were upset, 68-65, by the Cardinals in that game.  But they've cashed 60% since 1990 off an upset loss when playing a foe off an upset win.  And the Wildcats are a woeful 6-21 ATS off an upset win, if they weren't getting more than a point in their current game.  Take Detroit.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 8 pm, our selection is on the Cornell Big Red + the points over Syracuse.  These two New York rivals will meet at Syracuse tonight, and the Big Red will be looking to snap a 42-game losing streak in the series.  The last Cornell victory occurred in 1968!  It also hasn't helped the Big Red any that the previous 29 meetings dating back to 1982 have been played at Syracuse, rather than at Ithaca.  This has been the most competitive the two teams have been in an awful long time, so it's a perfect time for the Big Red to snap the losing streak.  Cornell is 19-8 in non-conference games the past 3 seasons including 10-1 ATS when priced from +3 to +15.5 points, while Syracuse is 18-34 ATS its last 52 non-conference games when favored by -3 to -15.5 points.  Take the underdog Big Red.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7 pm, our selection is on the Cleveland State Vikings minus the points over Alabama A&M.  The Bulldogs lost by 11 to East Tennessee St. on Friday, but got the $$$ as a 12-point dog.  Alabama A&M is being outscored by 20.5 ppg on the season.  And Cleveland State is a solid 50-22 ATS vs. foes with negative scoring margins that covered the spread in their previous game.  Lay the points with the Vikings.

At 4 pm, our selection is on the Fairleigh Dickinson Knights + the points over Jacksonville.  The Knights are 13-3 ATS their last 16 when not favored by 2 points.  That bodes well for the Knights this afternoon.  As does the fact that the Dolphins are off a 74-65 SU/ATS win.  And Jacksonville's an ugly 1-13 ATS off a point spread win.  Take Fairleigh Dickinson.
