St. Louis and Detroit will face off early on Saturday and the Blues have value. Both of these teams have had a similar start to the season as they've shown some solid signs, while also struggling for spurts. The Wings got some bad news with Dylan Larkin being suspended without pay and they have to move forward without one of their best players. The Blues will lean on their defense against a Wings offense that is averaging just 2.69 gpg this season. Detroit has had trouble generating quality scoring chances and the Blues will be able to dictate the pace of play. Detroit has a lot of question marks and the Larkin drama lingering. Back the Blues.

Saturday 2* NHL O/U Play

UNDER 6.5

Toronto and Vancouver have value to the under on Saturday. Vancouver has just 3 wins on the year and they've struggled with finding any sort of consistency. They're not generating good looks on net and they haven't had much possession against teams in their opponent's zone. Toronto meanwhile has lost back to back games and they're lacking a lot of confidence right now. This will be a game where Toronto dictates the possession, but both teams have issues trying to create those quality looks on net. Shot attempts will be limited and this game will be low scoring throughout. Back the under.

Saturday 1* NHL O/U Play

FIU +14

Liberty is rolling, but I'm not buying a blowout at this number. FIU brings the nation's 19th-ranked defense into this matchup, allowing just 16 PPG and holding opponents to 28% on third down. That's a defense capable of making Liberty work for its points. The Panthers have also lost their last two games by just 3 points apiece, and they've covered both of their last two meetings with the Flames. Liberty's 600 penalty yards this season are another concern when laying two full TD's. The Flames should win, but winning and covering 14 are two different animals. Take FIU and the points. Air Force and Connecticut clash on Saturday and this is a great spot for Air Force. The Falcons saw their 5 game winning streak come to an end last week, but overall this has been a great start for them. They are putting up over 28 ppg, but really this defense has been the difference maker. They're giving up only 20.9 ppg and they've been able to really cause issues for opposing offenses. They aren't shy about blitzing and they have continuously won the battle at the line of scrimmage. Connecticut is 4-3 and you just don't know what you'll get out of them week to week. Air Force has been far more consistent and this is a great matchup for them. Back Air Force.

Saturday 3* NCAAF ATS Play

Louisiana Tech and South Alabama are in a good over spot on Saturday. Louisiana Tech's offense has rolled and they're putting up over 32 ppg. They had best teams with both the ground game and their ability to be explosive downfield with the pass game. South Alamaba has even been better putting up over 35 ppg. However, they've struggled decisively giving up over 32 ppg. That's the biggest difference here and that's going to lead the game to be wide open. Both offenses have the playmakers to strike and the speed both bring are going to put a lot of pressure on the opposing defense. Expect both teams to produce scoring chances and put together a lot of red zone trips. Back the over.

Saturday 2* NCAAF O/U Play

UAB +8.5

UAB and South Florida meet and UAB has value with the points. UAB has caught some fire as they’ve won 3 of their last 4 and they’re playing well on both sides of the ball. They’ve scored 30+ in 2 of those wins and have allowed 20 points or less in all 3. South Florida saw their 2 game losing streak come to an end prior to their bye week as they took down Kent State 29-2. Still, this team hasn’t played well over their last few weeks and this is another game where they are going to have some issues. Expect UAB to really put an emphasis on establishing the run game early, while wearing down South Florida’s defensive front. This is too many points in a game that will close throughout. Back UAB.

Saturday 4* NCAAF ATS Play

Wisconsin +3.5

Wisconsin and Iowa will meet on Saturday and the Badgers have the value in this spot. Wisconsin comes in 5-2 and they’ve been the team no one really talks about in the Big 10. They’re 3-1 in conference play and off a huge win against USC last week. They’re playing like the old Wisconsin when it comes to working the run game, while their defense has produced a lot of big stops. They’re going up only 15.3 ppg and this Iowa offense lacks any sort of spark. Iowa is trending in the wrong direction after losing to Minnesota 13-10 and they just haven’t looked good as a whole despite their 5-2 record. Wisconsin has a chance to take a huge step in the Big 10 a potentially crack the top 25 again with a win. Back Wisconsin.

Saturday 3* NCAAF ATS Play

Notre Dame -30

Notre Dame and Navy will kick off at Noon EST on Saturday and the Fighting Irish have the value. This is a prime rebound spot for Notre Dame, who is in off a bye after falling just short at BYU. They have typically dominated Navy in this rivalry and this will be a game where they put an emphasis on coming out of the gates early aggressive. Navy has allowed a combined 89 points over their last two games and Notre Dame’s offense will wear them down as this game gets deeper. This is a complete mismatch on both sides of the ball. Notre Dame won’t be shy about running up a score either as they know they need impressive wins now after their loss. Back Notre Dame.
