At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the Atlanta Hawks over Indiana.  The Pacers have dropped nine of their last 12 games, and are locked into the #5 slot in the Eastern Conference.  With nothing to play for, we'll fade them on the road tonight at Atlanta, as the Hawks are still playing hard (even though they also have nothing to play for).  Atlanta's covered 17 of its last 23 games, including 9-3 ATS off a straight-up loss.  In contrast, the Pacers are 8-13 ATS their last 21.  Finally, Indiana falls into a negative 86-127-4 ATS system of mine, which goes against certain road teams late in the season, as well as a negative 163-215-8 ATS system which fades certain teams that won the season's first three meetings.  Take the Hawks.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 8:35 pm, our selection is on the Dallas Mavericks minus the points over Phoenix.  We played against the Suns on Sunday, as we had our NBA Game of the Month on Houston.  And the Rockets blew out Phoenix by 36 points.  We will go against Phoenix again, tonight, as Dallas will be playing its final home game of the season (and possibly the final home game of Dirk Nowitzki's storied career).  The Mavericks are still playing hard (they won a road game at Memphis, on Sunday), and fall into an 86-42 ATS "Last Home Game" system of mine (which Houston, coincidentally, also fell into when they played Phoenix on Sunday).  Lay the points with Dallas.

At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the Chicago Bulls minus the points over New York.  The Knicks upset the Wizards, 113-110, in their previous game.  But New York is still just 16-64 on the season, and has only won back-to-back games three times.  I love playing against really bad teams off wins.  And I won't make an exception here, as this also is New York's final road game of the season.  And they're playing a revenge-minded Bulls team they defeated just eight days ago.  New York is a poor 2-10 ATS this season in "win situation" games, where the line is 3 points or less.  And Chicago's 9-4 ATS its last 13 "Last Home Games."  Take the Bulls minus the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:05 pm, our selection is on the Washington Wizards minus the points over Boston.  This is the final game of the season for both teams.  And the Celtics look to be mailing this game in.  Kyrie Irving, Marcus Morris, Marcus Smart, Gordon Hayward, Aron Baynes, Jayson Tatum and Al Horford all will be in street clothes.  Washington plays with revenge from an 11-point defeat to the Celtics, in Boston, last month.  And Washington is 17-8 ATS at home when playing with revenge.  Additionally, Boston falls into a negative 32-68 ATS "Late season" system of mine which fades certain teams on the road at the end of the year.  Take Washington.

At 7:35 pm, our selection is on the Boston Celtics minus the points over Orlando.  Boston played its best game in a month in its last time out, with a 20-point win at Indiana.  The Celtics have now won 3 in a row, and need to win at least one more game to wrap up home court advantage in the first round.  Tonight, they'll take on an Orlando Magic team which narrowly defeated the Celtics by two points in the last meeting.   Boston is 9-0 ATS when playing with revenge, if the Celtics covered their previous game by 7+ points.  And Boston's also 19-5-1 ATS at home off 3+ wins, including 10-0 ATS its last 10 if it covered its two previous games.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:05 pm, our selection is on the Houston Rockets minus the points over Phoenix.  The Rockets are still in the hunt for the #2 seed in the Western Conference, as they're currently just 1.5 games behind the Nuggets.  And Houston's been taking no prisoners lately, as they're on a 5-game SU/ATS win streak.  They've won those five games by 27, 11, 25, 32 and 24 points.  Tonight, they'll take on a short-handed Phoenix club which will be without its best player, Devin Booker.  And, regardless of who has been on the court, the Suns haven't been able to defeat Houston in any of the last 10 meetings.  For the season, the Suns are giving up 116.4 ppg.  And Houston's dominated opponents that have a defensive ppg average of 116+, as it's cashed 69.5%.  Finally, this is Houston's last home game of the season, and the Rockets fall into a 52-11 ATS system of mine which plays on certain home teams in their final game in front of their home faithful.  Meanwhile, the Suns fall into a negative 22-59 ATS system of mine which goes against certain road teams late in the season.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 3:35 pm, our selection is on the OKC Thunder minus the points over Minnesota.  The Thunder are currently in the 7th slot in the Western Conference, but need to win their two final games, or they could easily fall to the 8th seed (and have to play Golden State).  This is a revenge game for OKC, which was upset by Minnesota when the two teams met last month.  That bodes well for OKC, as the Thunder are 54-35 ATS when playing with revenge against an opponent off a SU/ATS win.  Even better:  the T-Wolves come into tonight's game off back to back upset wins over Dallas and Miami.  But those two victories have triggered a negative 104-175 ATS system of mine which goes against certain teams off back to back upsets.  Take the Thunder.

At 3:05 pm, our selection is on the San Antonio Spurs minus the points over Cleveland.  The Spurs are battling OKC and the LA Clippers for the 6th, 7th and 8th seeds out West, as none of those teams wants to finish 8th and draw the Warriors in the 1st Round.  We played on San Antonio in its last game, and were rewarded with a 129-112 blowout of the Wizards.  We'll come right back with San Antone this afternoon, as the Spurs are 73-42 ATS on the road vs. Eastern Conference foes not off an ATS defeat.  With Cleveland in off a point spread win at Golden State on Friday, we'll lay the points with the Spurs.

At 7:05 pm, our selection is on the San Antonio Spurs minus the points over Washington.  San Antone is locked into a tight battle with the Oklahoma City Thunder for the 7th spot out West.  If the Spurs are to catch the Thunder (they're currently one game behind), then a win tonight is critical.  San Antonio does come into tonight's game off five straight point spread losses.  But the Spurs are 38-20 ATS as road favorites of -10 or less points off 3+ ATS defeats.  Take San Antonio.

At 7:05 pm, our selection is on the Orlando Magic minus the points over Atlanta.  The Hawks are one of four Eastern Conference teams battling for the last three Playoff spots.  Currently, Orlando, Miami and Brooklyn all have 40 losses, while Detroit has 39.  Thus, tonight's home game vs. Atlanta is huge for Orlando.  The Magic have been dominant at home, as they currently have won eight straight in front of the home faithful (6-2 ATS), including a 7-point win over Golden State, and a double-digit win over these Hawks.  Orlando's 20-12-1 ATS its last 33 at home, and should be fired-up tonight as it will be its final home game of the season.  The Hawks have been awful on the road when playing an opponent in its final home game (4-22 straight-up; 6-17-3 ATS).  Take Orlando.

At 9:05 pm, our selection is on the Denver Nuggets minus the points over San Antonio.  This is one of the few games left on the NBA schedule where both teams will be well-motivated to win.  San Antonio is in a tight battle with Oklahoma City for the 7th seed, while Denver desperately wants to hang on to the #2 seed.  The home court has been the decisive factor in this series, as the home team has now won nine straight times, including San Antonio's 104-103 victory in the Alamo City on March 4.  The Spurs have also mightily struggled when playing revenge-minded Western Conference teams, and especially if their opponent owned a W/L percentage greater than .440.  Over the last two years, San Antonio is 5-18 straight-up and 6-17 ATS, including 0-9 SU/ATS in the regular season when getting more than 4 points.  Take Denver to blow out the Spurs.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder minus the points over Los Angeles.  The Lakers come into tonight's game off back to back wins (and covers) over Charlotte (129-115) and New Orleans (130-102), while the Thunder suffered their biggest upset loss of the season, on Sunday, when they fell to Dallas, as a 12.5-point favorite (106-103).  OKC will once again be favored by double-digits tonight, and I expect a much different result than the last time these two teams met (the Lakers upset OKC, 138-128, on Jan. 17).  First of all, the Lakers are an awful 33-62-4 ATS in the regular season off back to back wins and covers, if their opponent was off a loss.  And, second, the Thunder are 32-15 ATS in the Regular season when playing with revenge against an opponent off a SU/ATS win, if the Thunder owned a winning record.  Lay the points with OKC.  Good luck, as always....Al McMordie.

At 7:35 pm, our selection is on the Brooklyn Nets + the points over Milwaukee.  The Bucks' injury list is extensive for tonight's game:  Nikola Mirotic (Out), Malcolm Brogdon (Out), Pau Gasol (Out), Donte DiVincenzo (Out), Khris Middleton (Questionable), Tony Snell (Questionable).  They played yesterday in Atlanta (also minus Eric Bledsoe and Giannis Antetokounmpo), and went into overtime in a 136-135 loss.  That sets up Milwaukee in a bad situation tonight, as unrested teams are 25-44 ATS after playing in a high-scoring game (262+ points) the day before.  Certainly, this is a big game for both of these teams, as each is fighting for playoff positions.  But Brooklyn's urgency is a bit greater as it sits just a half-game behind Detroit for 6th, and is in front of Miami by the same amount for the 7th spot.  Milwaukee, meanwhile, still has 3 games of breathing room between it and Toronto for the #1 spot (with just five games to play).  Brooklyn lost at home to these Bucks, 113-94, in their last meeting.  But Brooklyn is 14-1 ATS, including 11-0 ATS its last 11, when playing with revenge and not getting more than 6 points.  Take the Nets.  Good luck as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:05 pm, our selection is on the San Antonio Spurs minus the points over Sacramento.  The Spurs earned a playoff berth last night when Sacramento lost to Houston.  And that moved the Spurs into the NBA record books as they've now made the Playoffs for 22 seasons in a row (tied with the 76ers franchise, 1950-71)!  Tonight, the Spurs will take on Sacramento.  And San Antonio will look to avenge its loss at Sacramento last month.  This is a huge game for the Spurs as they want to win each of their last six games to avoid finishing in 8th place, and drawing the Warriors in the Opening Round.  San Antonio is 48-26 ATS off a win, if it was playing with revenge against an opponent off a loss, and the Spurs weren't favored by 13+ points.  Take San Antonio to blow out the Kings.  Good luck, as always....Al McMordie.

At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the Washington Wizards minus the points over Chicago.  The Wizards are mathematically still alive for a Playoff spot, but just barely.  They come into tonight's game off a 21-point loss to Utah, and trail 8th-seeded Miami by 4.5 games with just 11 to play.  That makes tonight's game against the 20-52 Bulls ultra-important.  I fully expect the Wizards to rebound off that blowout loss, as they had covered seven of eight going into that game.  And there's no shame in losing to the Jazz right now, as Utah's won its last four games by 17, 20, 16 and 21 points.  Meanwhile, Chicago is coming off an upset win at Phoenix.  We had a play on Chicago that night, but will go against the Bulls today.  One of my stocks-in-trade is to go against certain bad teams off wins.  The Bulls certainly fit the bill tonight, as they fall into several of my best negative systems, with records of 63-121, 202-317 and 138-233 ATS.  Throw in the fact that Chicago is a miserable 5-14 ATS at home this season vs. other losing teams, and we'll pull the trigger on the Wizards.  Take Washington.  Good luck, as always....Al McMordie.

At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the San Antonio Spurs + the points over Golden State.  Gregg Popovich's crew is currently the hottest team in the NBA, with eight straight wins.  And they're now within shouting distance of a top 4 seed (and home court advantage) in the first round of the NBA Playoffs.  As things currently stand, San Antone is in 6th place in the West, but just a half-game ahead of the eighth-seeded Clippers, so each game has significant importance to the team.  Tonight, the Spurs will welcome the West's best team, the 47-21 Warriors, to the Alamo City.  When these two teams last met, Golden State ran the Spurs out of the gym, with a 141-102 cakewalk.  I look for the Spurs to avenge that defeat, as they're a perfect 17-0 ATS at home vs. foes with a .600 to .750 win percentage, if the Spurs were playing with revenge from a loss by more than 21 points.  Take San Antonio.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 10:05 pm, our selection is on the Utah Jazz minus the points over the Phoenix Suns.  The Suns were a 17-point road underdog on Sunday night, in Oakland.  And they had lost 18 straight games to Golden State going into that game.  But they pulled the biggest upset in the NBA in over 3 years (and equaled the biggest ROAD upset in almost 21 years) when they won outright, 115-111.  Faithful followers, though, know that I love going against bad teams off wins.  And Phoenix -- with a 16-52 record -- certainly fits the bill.  Tonight, the Suns have been installed as a single-digit home underdog vs. Utah.  And that doesn't bode well for them, as they've lost by double-digits to the Jazz in each of the last four meetings, including identical 116-88 scores in each of the last two meetings!  It's true that Utah has stumbled to the eighth seed in the current race for a Western Conference playoff berth.  The good news for Utah, though, with respect to tonight's game is that it's 20-10 off an ATS loss this season, while Phoenix is 9-20 ATS at home off an ATS win.  And the Jazz are also 83-53 ATS in the regular season as a favorite off an upset loss at home.  And they've cashed 75% over the past 21 years as a rested road favorite of -7+ points off a loss.  Take Utah.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the San Antonio Spurs minus the points over Memphis.  The Grizzlies won, 99-90, here on Saturday vs. the Pelicans, and will try to make it two-in-a-row tonight when they take on their historical nemesis.  The Grizzlies haven't had much success vs. San Antonio, as they've won just 10 of the previous meetings, though they were victorious in the last meeting, back on January 9.  Unfortunately for Memphis, this is a horrible situational spot, as they will face a desperate San Antonio squad.  The Spurs' annual Rodeo Road Trip is not off to a good start, as they've lost the first four games of this eight-game trek, including a 20-point loss at Utah on Saturday.  But I love the Spurs to bounce back tonight, and blow out Memphis, as San Antone is 20-12 ATS in its Rodeo Road Trip games, if it's rested and off a loss, including a perfect 6-0 ATS if it was also playing with revenge.  Even better:  the Spurs are also 18-0 ATS off back to back losses, if they (i) lost by more than 11 points on the road in their previous game, (ii) were not getting 3+ points, and (iii) were playing an opponent off an ATS win.  Take San Antonio minus the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:35 pm, our selection is on the Brooklyn Nets + the points over Milwaukee.  The Nets have been one of the pleasant surprises this season.  After going 28-54 last season (and 15-26 at home), the Nets are off to a winning start (28-26) this season, and would be seeded 6th in the Eastern Conference, if the season ended today.  Brooklyn did lose its last two games -- to the Spurs and Magic -- but both of those were on the road.  Tonight's game is back in Brooklyn, where the Nets have quietly won nine straight games (6-3 ATS), and 13 of their last 14 (10-4 ATS).  Among Brooklyn's victims in this 14-game stretch were Toronto, Boston, and the Lakers (before LeBron James sustained his injury).  On Monday night, the Nets will try to make it 10-in-a-row at home when they welcome the league's #1 team to Barclays Center.  It's true that the Bucks have won 3 straight games.  But Milwaukee is a horrid 51-105-4 ATS off 3+ wins, when playing a rested opponent, including 5-25 ATS their last 30 when their foe was off back to back losses.  Take Brooklyn.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 6:05 pm, on ESPN-TV, our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder minus the points over Milwaukee.  The Bucks have won six straight games.  However, not a single one of those six victories came against a team which currently has a winning record.  That, of course, won't be the case today, as Milwaukee has to take on the team which sits in 3rd place in the Western Conference.  It's true that the Bucks own the league's #1 record this season.  But the Bucks have especially excelled against the Eastern Conference, as they're 17-10-3 ATS vs. the East (compared to 9-8 ATS vs. the West).  Likewise, OKC has also excelled vs. Eastern Conference foes this year, with a 12-4 SU and 10-6 ATS record.  Even worse for the Bucks:  they're a wallet-busting 3-18 ATS their last 21, and 19-51 ATS their last 70, off 3+ wins when playing a Western Conference foe.  Take Oklahoma City to blow out Milwaukee.  NBA TV Game of the Week. At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the Milwaukee Bucks minus the points over Miami.  This is a major revenge spot for the Milwaukee Bucks, who have lost six straight times to Miami, including a 94-87 defeat earlier this season.  But NBA revenge-minded favorites of -5 or more points, that have lost their previous six meetings to their opponent (including an earlier season defeat), have covered at a 58% clip over the past 29 seasons.  That bodes well for the Bucks.  As does the fact that Milwaukee is #1 in point differential this season, and is outscoring foes at home by 13.6 ppg (120.4 to 106.8).  Not surprisingly, the Bucks are 19-4 straight-up, and 15-7-1 ATS at home.  Finally, the Bucks return to Milwaukee tonight after a 3-game road trip.  And the Bucks are 51-31 ATS at home off a 3-game (or longer) road trip.  Take the Bucks minus the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 10:05 pm, our selection is on the Golden State Warriors minus the points over Sacramento.  The Warriors were up BIG over the Houston Rockets at the half of Thursday's game, but fell apart in the 2nd half, and lost at the buzzer, 135-134. Golden State is now in the 3rd seed in the Western Conference -- just 2 games ahead of Houston.  And the Warriors are only 2.5 games in front of the Clippers for the division lead.  I love Golden State to rebound off that loss in this Pacific division game in Sacramento, as the Warriors are an awesome 45-19 ATS off a loss, if matched up against a division rival.  It's true that Sacramento is much-improved this season.  The Kings are 19-19 straight-up, and 21-16-1 ATS.  But the Kings are doing a lot better vs. teams that don't score a lot of points, compared to the ones that do.  Indeed, this season, Sacramento is 14-6 straight-up and 15-5 ATS vs. foes that average less than 110 points per game.  Against the better offenses that score 110+ points per game, Sacramento is 5-13 straight-up, and 6-11-1 ATS.  Golden State, of course, has one of the league's best offenses, and scores 116.2 ppg.  Similarly, the Warriors are excelling against the league's lesser defenses and/or faster-paced teams that give up 110+ points.  Golden State is a solid 11-8 ATS vs. those teams, but an awful 5-15 ATS vs. foes that don't surrender 110 points per game.  Take the Warriors to blow out the Kings.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 10:35 pm, our selection is on the Golden State Warriors minus the points over Houston.  The problem for Golden State in the regular season the last few years is that it (justifiably) cannot get motivated.  It understands that all that matters is the post-season, which is why it had just the 3rd best record in the league last season (and a full 7 games worse than this Houston team).  This season, it's much of the same, as Golden State is 25-13 straight-up and a poor 16-22 ATS.  Thus, as a professional gambler, I try to pick my spots to invest in Golden State, as the team often goes through the motions and doesn't put forth its best effort.  They may not come through tonight but, at the very least, one can rest assured that the effort will be there.  And that's because they're playing James Harden & the Houston Rockets, who stretched the Warriors to seven games in the de facto NBA Championship last season.  And the Warriors are also playing with revenge from a 21-point blowout loss at Houston on November 15, which ranks as the worst road defeat suffered by the Warriors this season.  Tonight, though, Golden State is at home.  And the Warriors are a super 39-8 straight-up and 29-18 ATS when playing with revenge from a road defeat, including 23-7 ATS when not favored by double-digits.  And Golden State is 8-1, 89% ATS vs. Houston when playing with revenge from a loss to Houston earlier in the season.  Take the Warriors to blow out Houston tonight.  NBA Elite Info Winner.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 8:35 pm, our selection is on the Golden State Warriors minus the points over the LA Clippers.  Since Steve Kerr took over as head coach in 2014, the Warriors have been the league's dominant team.  And that means they don't lose very often.  This season, Golden State is having another great campaign, and it is 22-11 through its first 33 games.  One of its 11 defeats, though, came vs. tonight's opponent, the Los Angeles Clippers.  However, that game was back in November when Steph Curry was sidelined with an injury.  He's back on the court now, and that should spell t-r-o-u-b-l-e for the Clippers.  Indeed, the Warriors are a poor 43-65 without Curry in the lineup, but are one of the historically-best teams with him on the floor.  Golden State is a powerful 72% ATS when playing with revenge, and favored by 10 or less points in the regular season under coach Kerr.  Take the Warriors to blow out the Clippers tonight.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 6:05 pm, our selection is on the Boston Celtics minus the points over Charlotte.  After winning and covering eight straight games, the Celtics have now lost their last three -- both SU and ATS.  And they had their worst home defensive performance of the season in their last game, as they allowed Milwaukee to shoot 51.2% from the floor, and score 120 points.  Since 1990, the Celtics have cashed 69.7% at home when favored by 3+ points, if they lost SU/ATS at home in their previous game, and their opponent was off a win.  Take Boston minus the points.

At 6:05 pm, our selection is on the New Orleans Pelicans minus the points over Sacramento.  These two teams met earlier this year, and the Pels won by 20 points, 149-129.  That 149-point total has been the most points scored by a team this season (equaled by the Warriors and Wizards).  And the 278 points ranks as the highest-scoring non-overtime game this season.  The Pelicans come into this game off 3 straight defeats, including a 112-104 setback against the Lakers on Friday.  Meanwhile, Sacramento enters off a SU/ATS win over the Memphis Grizzlies.  I love New Orleans to once again blow out Sacramento this evening, as the Kings are an awful 11-32 ATS at home off a SU/ATS win, if they are playing an opponent off a SU/ATS loss.  Take the Pelicans minus the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:35 pm, our selection is on the Philadelphia 76ers minus the points over Toronto.  These two teams have met twice already this season, and the Raptors came away with wins in both games.  Toronto won 129-112 on October 30, and then defeated Philly 113-102 on December 5.  But BOTH of those games were played in Toronto.  This will be the first meeting between these two Atlantic Division rivals in Philadelphia.  And the 76ers have been dominant at home.  Indeed, since January 1, the Sixers are 41-7 straight-up, and 32-16 ATS at home.  Philadelphia will play this game with much more rest than Toronto, which had to play last night vs. Cleveland.  And double-revenging NBA home teams, that lost the season's first two meetings on the road, have cashed 69% over the last 25+ years if they were playing with at least two days' of rest, while their opponent was unrested.  Take Philadelphia to blow out Toronto.  NBA Division Game of the Year!  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:05 pm, our selection is on the Charlotte Hornets minus the points over Cleveland.  The Hornets come into this game off back to back SU/ATS Home losses, while Cleveland pulled off a huge upset last night when it went into Indiana and won outright as a 12.5-point underdog.  Off that big win, and playing without rest, we'll fade the Cavaliers on the road tonight.  A major factor for me in this game is the fact that Cleveland upset these Hornets, 113-89, as an 8.5-point underdog back on November 13.  However, rested NBA teams (like Charlotte), off a home loss, are 61.3% ATS since 1990 when playing with revenge from a road upset defeat as a favorite of -6.5 (or more) points.  Take the Hornets to blow out Cleveland.  NBA High Roller Winner.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the Minnesota Timberwolves minus the points over Sacramento.  The T-wolves had won and covered six of seven to go over the .500 mark.  But they've lost their last four games, including an upset loss at Phoenix on Saturday, to fall three games under .500.  And one of those four defeats was to this Sacramento Kings club five days ago.  Minnesota was favored by 3 points in that game, yet lost by 11, 141-130.  The Kings did have to play last night in Dallas, and won outright as a 5-point underdog, so they'll be playing without rest, while Minnesota will be rested.  This is a great situation for the T-Wolves, as they're off a huge upset loss, while Sacramento is off a big upset win.  And NBA favorites of -6 or more points, off an upset loss, have covered 63% since 1991 vs. foes off an upset win, if our home favorite was also playing with revenge from an upset defeat.  Lay the points with Minnesota.  NBA Game of the Month!  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:05 pm, our selection is on the Detroit Pistons over Boston.  The Celtics have won eight straight, while Detroit has dropped six in a row.  Yet Boston is favored by a scant margin in this game.  This is a classic example of a sucker bet.  Indeed, consider that NBA road teams on win streaks of 5+ games that are not favored by more than 5 points against an opponent on a 5-game (or worse) losing streak have gone just 2-17 ATS over the past 11 years (and just 31% ATS over the past 29 years).  Take the points with Detroit.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:35 pm, our selection is on the Milwaukee Bucks over Cleveland.  These two teams met earlier this week, and Milwaukee routed Cleveland by 16 points in a game which it never trailed.  Giannis Antetokounmpo didn't suit up for that game, but he'll be back on the court tonight.  He also played this past Wednesday, but Milwaukee was blown out by Indiana, 113-97, in that game.  I love the Bucks to bounce back tonight, as they're 6-2 ATS this season off a loss, while the Cavaliers are an awful 1-5 ATS this season off a win.  The Cavs pulled an upset in their previous game, here, at home vs. the Knicks.  Unfortunately, double-digit underdogs are a poor 13-39 ATS at home off an home upset win.  Take Milwaukee.  NBA Roadkill Winner!  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 10:05 pm, our selection is on the Minnesota T-Wolves minus the points over Sacramento.  The Kings come into this game off a blowout win over Chicago, while Minny has lost its last two games.  However, Minnesota was an underdog in each of those games (road tilts at Portland and Golden State), so those defeats weren't wholly unexpected.  Tonight, Minnesota is favored.  And the Kings are an awful 18-38 ATS at home when they won their previous game, and their foe is off a loss.  Additionally, Minnesota falls into a super 71.05% ATS system of mine which plays on certain teams off losses.  Take the T-Wolves.

At 7:05 pm, our selection is on the Washington Wizards + the points over Boston.  The Wizards return home tonight off a 2-2 road trip.  And Washington is 4-0 SU/ATS its last four home games.  We actually played on Washington in two of those four games (vs. Clippers and vs. Nets), and will come right back with the Wizards as a home underdog, tonight.  Point guard John Wall has been battling bone spurs in his heel, but he's going to give it a go in this game, so that's good news for the Wizards.  Meanwhile, the injury bug has afflicted Boston, as it could be without Aron Baynes, and will definitely play without Al Horford and Gordon Hayward tonight.  Finally, Washington falls into 39-19 and 58-31 ATS systems of mine that play on certain teams with losing SU/ATS records.  Take Washington.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the Houston Rockets minus the points over Portland.  The Trail Blazers started the season red-hot, as they won 10 of their first 13 games thru November 11, and were the 2nd best team in the Western Conference.  Then, on November 14, we had our NBA Game of the Week on the Lakers against Portland, and I wrote that, "Portland is nowhere near the 2nd best team.  Indeed, its gaudy record has more to do with its schedule than its true talent.  The primary reason for Portland's record is that it has played nine of its 13 games at home.  And three of its four road games were played against teams that currently sport losing records!"  Those words were fairly prescient, as the Trail Blazers lost that night to the Lakers, and have now lost eight of their last 13 games to fall to sixth place (tied with Memphis) in the West.  Of course, the Rockets would LOVE to be tied for sixth place, as they're currently out of the playoff picture, with an 11-14 record.  But by season's end, I wouldn't be surprised if Houston is in the Playoffs, and the Trail Blazers are not.  Dating back to December 1996, Houston is a solid 63% ATS as a favorite of -5 or more points, if the Rockets are off back to back losses, while its opponent is off back to back wins.  Lay the points with Houston.  NBA Elite Info Winner! At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the Minnesota Timberwolves + the points over Houston.  Minnesota's 4-game SU/ATS win streak was snapped here, at home, vs. Boston on Saturday.  But I love the T-Wolves to bounce back and upset Houston, tonight.  Minnesota will be looking to avenge its Playoff series defeat last Spring at the hands of the Rockets, and fall into a 74-43 ATS revenge system of mine.  Minnesota is 28-10 straight-up and 24-13-1 ATS its last 38 home games, while Houston is a poor 4-11 ATS its last 15 off back to back wins.  Take the T-Wolves.

At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Clippers + the points over New Orleans.  Los Angeles has been the NBA's most pleasant surprise this season.  At the start of the year, most believed the Clippers would not make the playoffs.  But 22 games into the season, L.A. is not only firmly entrenched in the Playoff mix, but it owns the league's 2nd best record (tied with Denver and Boston).  Tonight, L.A. will look to avenge a rare loss when it travels to New Orleans.  The Pelicans upended the Clippers, 116-109, in October.  But New Orleans was extremely well-rested (3 days) for that game.  Here, they will be playing without any rest, as they battled in Charlotte last night.  For technical support, consider that the Pelicans have covered just 7 of 37 games vs. .620 (or better) teams playing with revenge, if that opponent was off a straight-up loss.  Additionally, LA falls into a very good 101-42 ATS revenge system of mine.  Take Los Angeles.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:05 pm, our selection is on the Washington Wizards minus the points over Brooklyn.  The Wizards have started to turn the corner, somewhat, from their disastrous 2-9 SU/ATS start, as they've gone 6-5 SU/ATS since November 10.  But you wouldn't know it from their last two games.  The Wizards were blown out by 21 in New Orleans, and by 25 last night at Philly.  However, those two games were on the road.  Washington's won and covered its last three home games.  And each was against very good teams (Rockets, Clippers, Pelicans).  So, I look for Washington to rebound tonight against a Brooklyn team which also played last night, but which had to extend itself for an additional two overtime periods vs. Memphis.  Moreover, the Wizards play with revenge from a loss suffered to these Nets just 15 days ago, and fall into a super Revenge system of mine.  Take Washington.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the Memphis Grizzlies + the points over Toronto.  The Raptors are 17-4 and are outscoring their foes by 8.95 ppg.  But Memphis has excelled over the years vs. foes with an average margin of 6.10 (or better).  Indeed, in the regular season vs. such teams, Memphis is a superb 56-21 ATS when the Grizzlies entered with a winning record, and their opponent was off a straight-up win.  And, although, there's certainly nothing wrong with 56-21, we can improve our mark to 47-11 ATS by not going against teams playing with revenge from a loss earlier in the season (which Toronto is not).  The Grizzlies are 10-2 ATS their last 12 home games, and 21-9 ATS their last 30 as home dogs vs. an Eastern Conference foe.  Take Memphis.  NBA High Roller Winner.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:05 pm, our selection is on the Charlotte Hornets + the points over Milwaukee.  These two teams actually met on Opening Night, and the Bucks eked out a 1-point victory, 113-112, here in Charlotte.  However, Charlotte covered the 3-point spread.  Tonight, they're getting more than that.  And we will grab the points, as Charlotte is 6-3 SU and 6-3 ATS at home this season.  Even better:  none of its three home losses has come by more than 4 points.  Last night, the Hornets suffered an embarrassing 124-123 defeat at the hands of the league's worst team, the Atlanta Hawks.  Atlanta had lost its previous nine games.  But NBA teams upset by opponents on a 7-game (or worse) losing streak, when they were favored by 6+ points, generally bounce back in their next game, and have covered 92 of 154.  Take Charlotte as a home dog tonight.  NBA Payback Payday!  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 9:05 pm, our selection is on the Portland Trail Blazers minus the points over Los Angeles.  The Clippers are 12-6 this season, but all of their profit has been at home, where they are 8-1 SU and 7-2 ATS.  On the road, the Clippers are a pedestrian 4-5 SU/ATS.  Likewise, the Blazers are 7-2 SU/ATS at home, but just 5-5 SU and 4-6 ATS on the road.  So, it wasn't much of a surprise when the Trail Blazers ended their 6-game road trip with back to back blowout losses  at Milwaukee (143-100) and Golden State (125-97).  But .630 (or better) home favorites are 95-55 ATS off back to back losses by more than 8 points.  Coincidentally, this angle also applied to the Warriors in their 125-97 win over Portland this past Friday, as Golden State entered that game off double-digit losses to the Spurs and Thunder.  I look for Portland to bounce back this evening.  Take the Trail Blazers.  NBA Elite Info Winner.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 6:05 pm, our selection is on the Memphis Grizzlies minus the points over the New York Knicks.  The Knicks just pulled off back to back upsets.  They earned the biggest upset yet this season when they knocked off Boston, as a 14.5-point underdog.  Then they followed that up with a 114-109 win over New Orleans.  But New York likely would have lost that game vs. the Pelicans had Anthony Davis not gotten injured in that game's 3rd quarter, and had been able to finish.  Still, New York rides into Memphis on a 2-game win streak.  But NBA teams off back to back upset wins as 8+ point underdogs have cashed just 36% since 1990.  Take Memphis minus the points. At 8:35 pm, our selection is on the Dallas Mavericks + the points over Boston.  The Mavericks have been awesome over the last couple of seasons at home vs. opponents off a win, as they're 33-16-1 ATS their last 50 in this situation.  The Celtics, on the other hand, have been dreadful on the road lately.  Admittedly, Boston did win by 18 on the road last night in Atlanta.  But the Hawks are the league's worst team, with a 3-16 (.157) record.  And, speaking of 3-16, the Celtics are an awful 3-16 ATS their last 19 road games vs. opponents with a .200 (or better) win percentage.  Take Dallas.  Good luck, as always....Al McMordie.

At 8:05 pm, our selection is on the OKC Thunder minus the points over Denver.  The Nuggets had to play last night, at home, and then travel to take on the Thunder tonight.  Unfortunately, Denver has covered just 76 of 179 road games off a home game the previous night.  Meanwhile, Oklahoma City is an awesome 24-9 at home vs. opponents that played a home game the previous night, including 10-0 ATS vs. .600 (or better) opponents off a win.  Take Oklahoma City.

At 7:35 pm, our selection is on Houston minus the points over Cleveland.  The Cavaliers stunned the 76ers as a 13-point underdog last night.  But that was just their 3rd win of the season.  And bad teams rarely win back to back games.  Indeed, double-digit home underdogs have cashed just 33% since 1995 off wins as double-digit dogs.  Take Houston.
