At 6:10 pm, our selection is on the Orlando Magic minus the points over the Chicago Bulls.  The Magic suffered a brutal loss to the Charlotte Hornets, as they fell, 124-115, at Charlotte as a 12-point road favorite, on Friday. Still, the Magic are the league's best point spread team this season, with a 49-27-1 ATS record, including 25-9 ATS as a favorite.  We'll take the Magic to bounce back this evening.  Lay the points.

At 6:05 pm, on Saturday, our selection is on the NC State Wolfpack + the points over Purdue.  The Wolfpack have been the best point spread team in this tournament, as they've covered the point spread by an average of 13.37 ppg.  Even better, the Wolfpack have won nine straight games, including a perfect 7-0 SU/ATS as an underdog.  And those included ACC Tourney victories over Duke (as an 11-point underdog), and North Carolina (as a 10-point dog).  They blew out Marquette and Duke (again), as 7.5-point underdogs in each game, last weekend in the Sweet 16/Elite 8 Rounds to reach this semi-final game.  It's true that Purdue was my preseason pick (at 15-1 odds) to win the Championship.  And Purdue was also the team I selected to win this tournament in my March Madness bracket.  But the last thing I want to do is lay points to this NC State club.  For technical support, consider that teams seeded #4 (or worse), off 4+ wins, have gone 15-0 ATS their last 15 as underdogs vs. top-3-seeded teams at the Sweet 16 Round forward.  Take North Carolina St.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 8:40 pm, our selection is on the Dallas Mavericks minus the points over Golden State.  Both of these teams played Thursday night.  The Warriors blew out Houston, 133-110, at the Toyota Center, while Dallas won here, at home, vs. Atlanta, 109-95.  This is a rematch of a game played Tuesday in San Francisco.  We played on Golden State in its 104-100 triumph over Dallas, but will fade the Warriors on the road tonight.  The Warriors have covered just 7 of 27 road games vs. revenge-minded foes when Golden State was installed as an underdog, and off a SU/ATS win.  Meanwhile, the Mavs are 46-27 ATS their last 73 games when playing with revenge, including 12-1 ATS when the Mavs were off a win by 12+ points.  Take Dallas.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7 pm, on Thursday, in the NIT Tournament, our selection is on the Indiana St. Sycamores minus the points over Seton Hall.  We played on both the Pirates and Sycamores in their respective semi-final games, and got the $$$ with each.  We will roll with Indiana St. in this championship game, as it will be playing in front of a very home-friendly crowd in Indianapolis -- just 84 miles from Terre Haute.  Indiana St. erupted for 100 points on Tuesday night vs. Utah, and that bodes well for it in this title game, as it has gone 60-31-2 ATS following a victory where it scored more than 78 points.  Meanwhile, the Pirates have played much better at home this season than away from home, as they've covered the spread by 3.67 ppg at home, but have failed to cover by 1.88 ppg away from home, going 6-10 ATS.  We'll lay the points with Indiana St.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the Milwaukee Bucks minus the points over the Memphis Grizzlies.  The Bucks were favored by 13 points last night, yet lost outright to the woeful Washington Wizards, 117-113.  That dropped Milwaukee's lead over Cleveland to 1.5 games in the race for the #2 seed in the Eastern Conference.  Milwaukee's last five games will be against top-level NBA clubs, so it needs to take care of business tonight (and Friday) vs. two bottom-tier teams (Grizzlies, Raptors).  Over the last 34 seasons, home favorites have covered 71% if they lost outright as a double-digit favorite the previous day, and were matched up against a foe off a win.  With Memphis, indeed, off a 110-108 victory over the Pistons, we'll fade Memphis, and lay the points with Milwaukee on Wednesday.

At 10 pm, our selection is on the Golden State Warriors over Dallas.  The Mavs are on an 11-1 SU/ATS win streak, but we'll fade them here, at Golden State.  The Warriors play with revenge from not 1, but 2 losses earlier this season to Dallas.  And Dallas is a dreadful 27-54 ATS off a win, if it was playing a revenge-minded foe with a .333 (or better) win percentage.  Additionally, the Warriors are 66-32 ATS at home when not laying 9+ points, if they were matched up against a .400 (or better) foe.  Take the Warriors to blow out Dallas.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 9:30 pm, our selection is on the Seton Hall Pirates minus the points over Georgia.  The Pirates' last game was a 23-point blowout of UNLV, as a 6.5-point cover.  And that 23-point win was the biggest margin of victory by any team so far in this NIT Tournament.  And its 16.5-point cover was the 2nd biggest point spread margin.  We'll ride the Pirates off that huge game, as they're 27-4 ATS following a game where they covered the spread by 12+ points, if they were matched up against a foe off a SU win in their current game (including a perfect 10-0 ATS as a favorite).  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Toronto Raptors + the points over the Los Angeles Lakers.  The Raptors have managed just one win in their last 16 games, while covering just three times.  But I like Toronto getting double-digits at home tonight vs. a Lakers team playing the first of back-to-back games.  The Lakers are a soft 18-40 ATS when favored off a SU/ATS win, including 3-12 ATS on the road.  And they're 36-64-2 ATS when laying double-digits.  Meanwhile, the Raptors fall into one of my favorite NBA systems, which is 229-138-8 ATS, which plays on certain teams off back-to-back SU/ATS losses.  Take the Raptors + the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7 pm, in the NIT Tournament, on Tuesday, our selection is on the Indiana State Sycamores minus the points over the Utah Utes.  This game will be played at Hinkle Fieldhouse, on the campus of Butler University, in Indianapolis -- just 84 miles from Terre Haute.  So, expect a crowd squarely in the Sycamores' corner.  We'll lay the points with Indiana St, and go against a Utah team which has had its problems away from home.  The Utes earned their trip to the NIT semifinals with 3 home wins, and they covered the spread in each by 11.5, 4 and 1.5 points.  For the season, Utah went 18-2 SU and 14-6 ATS at home, and covered the point spread by an average of 6.17 ppg.  Unfortunately, it was a completely different story away from Salt Lake City, as Utah went 4-12 SU, 5-11 ATS, and FAILED to cover the point spread by an average of 4.73 ppg.  And Utah's road travails haven't been just this season.  Dating back to 2019, they're 17-51 SU and 21-46-1 ATS away from home, and failed to cover by an average of 4.59 ppg.  Indiana State, meanwhile, has held its own away from home, with a 15-5 SU record, and a 10-10 ATS record.  And it's covered the spread, on average, by 1.21 ppg away from home.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Portland Trail Blazers + the points over the Orlando Magic.  The Blazers were blown out by 60 points, 142-82, in their most recent game.  And that was just the 7th time a team has lost by 60+ points over the past 34 seasons.  Teams off huge blowout losses > 40 points tend to play much better their next game, and have gone 113-87-3 ATS, including 61-37-2 ATS on the road.  Take Portland + the points.

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Memphis Grizzlies + the points over the Detroit Pistons.  Detroit defeated Washington, 96-87, on Friday.  We'll fade the Pistons tonight, as they're a wallet-breaking 4-23 ATS at home off a win by more than 5 points.  Even worse:  the Pistons are 6-21-1 ATS their last 28 vs. Memphis, including 0-12 ATS when Detroit was not getting more than 4 points.  Here, of course, the Pistons are a favorite.  Take Memphis + the points.

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the New York Knicks minus the points over Oklahoma City.  The Knicks were an 8.5-point favorite on Friday night vs. San Antonio, but lost in overtime, 130-126, despite 61 points from Jalen Brunson.  We'll take New York to bounce back at home off that upset defeat, as it's 19-3 ATS when not laying 4.5 (or more) points, if it lost its previous game as a favorite of more than 8 points.  Even better:  the Knicks are 14-1 ATS their last 14 (and 30-10 ATS their last 40) when playing with revenge from a loss earlier in the season, and favored by less than 10 points.  With the Knicks, indeed, playing with revenge from a 129-120 setback in Oklahoma City, we'll lay the short number with New York this evening.  Good luck, as always....Al McMordie.

At 5:05 pm, our selection is on the Duke Blue Devils minus the points over NC State.  The Blue Devils sent #1-seeded Houston packing on Friday night.  And teams that eliminated #1 seeds have gone on to a sweet 18-6 ATS record in the Elite 8 Round.  Over the first three rounds of the tourney, the Blue Devils have covered the spread by an average of 14.83 ppg.  I won't step in front of Duke here, and especially not when it's playing with revenge from a 74-69 defeat in the ACC Tournament.  Key stat:  NC State is a woeful 1-7 ATS when installed as an underdog vs. an opponent it upset in the season's prior meeting.  Lay the points with the Blue Devils.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

Admittedly, the Huskies are deserving of their #1 ranking.  They've won and covered all three NCAA Tourney games, including a 30-point blowout of San Diego State on Thursday.  But top-3-seeded favorites of more than 5 points have gone 0-10 ATS at the Sweet 16 Round forward, off a cover by more than 7 points, if they were matched up against a foe off an upset win.  That certainly doesn't bode well for UConn this evening against an excellent Illinois team checking in off an upset win over the Big 12 Tourney champs, Iowa St.  The Illini, for their part, won the Big 10 Conference tournament, and have now won 10 of 11 games, including their last seven in a row.  And they've covered 5 straight.  Here, they've been installed as a huge underdog vs. the defending champion Huskies.  And we'll happily grab the points, as top-3-seeded teams have gone a perfect 7-0 ATS as underdogs of 8+ points, dating back to March 28, 1998.  Moreover, since the Big 10 started its post-season tourney, its champs have been terrific as underdogs in the NCAA Tournament, as they've gone 10-5 ATS, including a perfect 3-0 ATS in the Elite 8 Round.  Likewise, the Illini have been stellar as underdogs this season, going 5-1-1 ATS.  And they're 21-10-1 ATS their last 32 as underdogs, including a perfect 6-0-1 ATS when getting 6 or more points.  Finally, this season, the Illini have gone 14-4 ATS away from home, and have covered the spread in those 18 games by an average of 6 ppg (UConn has not done as well away from home, as it's covered the spread by an average of 2.43 ppg).  Take the Illini.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the Cleveland Cavaliers minus the points over Philadelphia.  The Cavaliers were upset by the Charlotte Hornets, 118-111, as a 9-point favorite in their previous game.  We'll take the Cavs to bounce back, as NBA teams have gone 114-81-3 ATS off an upset road loss, if they were favored by more than 8 points in that defeat.  Take the Cavaliers.

At 7:35 pm, on Friday, in the NCAA Tournament, our selection is on the Purdue Boilermakers minus the points over Gonzaga.  The Boilermakers were my preseason Futures pick to win the NCAA Title (at 15-1 odds), and they've done nothing to reduce my confidence.  We played on the Boilers in their opening round game vs. Grambling, and got the $$$ in their 28-point win, but we stayed on the sidelines in their 39-point blowout win over Utah St.  We'll jump back in and lay the points with Purdue against Gonzaga, as NCAA teams that won their first two tourney games by a combined 55+ points have covered 67% since 1990 in the Tournament's Sweet 16 Round.  Gonzaga also won its two tourney games in blowout fashion by 21 points each.  Unfortunately, it's an ugly 1-10-1 ATS its last 12 games after back-to-back wins by 15+ points.  These two teams met earlier this season, and Purdue handed the Zags a 10-point loss, 73-63.  The Boilers are 10-2-1 ATS in their last 13 non-conference games, while Gonzaga is 19-31-1 ATS in its last 51 non-conference games, including 0-11 ATS vs. non-conference foes on 2-game or better) ATS win streaks.  Take the Boilermakers.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Indiana Pacers minus the points over the Los Angeles Lakers.  These two teams met in the inaugural In-season Tournament's championship game.  Los Angeles won that match-up, and the teams' 2nd meeting of the season -- five days ago -- as well.  So, the Pacers will play this game with double-revenge from those two losses.  We'll fade the Lakers, who have won their last 5 games, and covered their last three, as they're 103-140 ATS in the regular season off back to back SU/ATS wins.  Additionally, the Pacers are 157-93-10 ATS when playing with revenge, if they were rested, and off a SU loss, while their opponent was off a SU win.  Take Indiana minus the points.

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the Boston Celtics minus the points over the Atlanta Hawks.  Three nights ago, the Hawks upset Boston here, at home, 120-118, as an 11-point home underdog.  We'll take the Celtics to avenge that defeat, as road favorites have gone 42-19-2 ATS when laying 8.5 (or more) points against the same foe they played in their previous game.  Even better:  NBA favorites of more than 9 points have gone 59-40-2 ATS if they were playing with revenge against an opponent which upset it in its previous game, including 17-3 ATS if its opponent was playing without rest.  And Atlanta is, indeed, unrested, as it played last night vs. Portland.  Take Boston minus the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:35 pm, on Thursday, in the NCAA Tournament, our selection is on the San Diego St. Aztecs + the points over Connecticut.  This is a rematch of last year's championship game, won by UConn, 76-59.  Both teams come into this game off big wins.  UConn defeated Northwestern, 75-58, while San Diego State blew out Yale, 85-57.  We'll take Brian Dutcher's men as double-digit dogs, as the Aztecs are a spectacular 102-49-2 ATS off a win by 14+ points, if they weren't favored by more than 10 points, including 46-15-1 ATS vs. foes with a W/L percentage > .750.  And they're 44-22-1 ATS after scoring 85+ points.  Finally, the Aztecs are 56-29-2 ATS on neutral courts, or at home, when playing with revenge.  Take San Diego St. + the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7 pm, on Wednesday, in the NIT Tournament, our selection is on the Seton Hall Pirates minus the points over UNLV.  Since its founding in 1999, the Mountain West Conference teams have had stark results in post-season tournaments depending on whether they were playing at home, or away from home.  At home, the Mountain West has been great vs. non-conference foes, as its teams have gone 32-20 ATS.  But away from home, it's been a different story, as the Mountain West has gone 50-92-2 ATS.  The Big East Conference has also dominated the Mountain West in the post-season, going 12-3 ATS.  Lay the points with Seton Hall.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 9:40 pm, our selection is on the San Diego State Aztecs minus the points over Yale.  We played on the Bulldogs Friday vs. Auburn, and were rewarded with 78-76 win, as a 14.5-point underdog.  Unfortunately for Yale, it's not getting double-digits today.  And teams seeded 13 thru 16 have cashed just 24.2% in the 2nd round of the NCAA Tournament when priced from +4.5 to +9 points.  We'll fade the Bulldogs, and lay the points with SDSU.

At 7:45 pm, our selection is on the Northwestern Wildcats + the points over Connecticut.  Chris Collins' men have been installed as a double-digit dog vs. the defending champion Huskies.  We'll grab the points, as NCAA tourney teams not seeded #16 have gone 65-43 ATS vs. foes off back to back ATS wins.  Additionally, the Wildcats are 17-6 ATS their last 23 as an underdog.  Take Northwestern.

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Alabama Crimson Tide minus the points over Grand Canyon.  The Crimson Tide have been great over the last couple of seasons as a favorite, and horrible as an underdog.  When laying points, 'Bama is 29-16-2 ATS its last 47.  But in the underdog role, it's failed miserably, going 1-9 SU and 2-8 ATS its last 10.  The good news, then, for Nate Oats men is that they're favored this evening vs. the Antelopes.  Take the Crimson Tide.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 5:30 pm, in the CBI Tournament, our selection is on the Evansville Purple Aces + the points over Quinnipiac.  The Bobcats lost to St. Peters, 62-60, in the Metro Atlantic Tourney, and finished with a 24-9 record.  Unfortunately, for the Bobcats, they're a wallet-busting 17-34-2 ATS as a favorite following a straight-up loss.  And they're a poor 4-13 ATS in post-season games when they've owned a win percentage > .450.  Meanwhile, Evansville has gone 9-2-1 ATS its last 12 non-conference games.  And Missouri Valley teams have been strong in the CBI Tourney, going 19-11 ATS.  Grab the points with Evansville.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 2 pm, in the NIT Tournament, our selection is on the Indiana St. Sycamores minus the points over Minnesota.  After narrowly missing the NCAA Tournament, the Sycamores showed they wanted to win this NIT Tourney with a strong victory (101-92) over SMU, on Wednesday.  Indiana State is back home for this game against the Gophers.  And Indiana State is 22-2 SU and 20-4 ATS at home off a straight-up win.  Lay the points.

At 1:00 pm, in the CBI Tournament, our selection is on the Presbyterian Blue Hose + the points over Montana.  Presbyterian played very well down the stretch, going 9-3-1 ATS their last 13 games.  The Grizzlies certainly had a good season, with a 21-10 record.  However, the Blue Hose has gone 25-16-3 ATS their last 44 vs. winning opponents, including a perfect 10-0 ATS when priced from +7.5 to +11.5.  Take Presbyterian + the points.

At 9:40 pm, our selection is on the Creighton Bluejays minus the points over Oregon.  The Ducks exploded for 87 points in their 87-73 win over South Carolina.  And that was the most points Oregon has scored in its last 20 games.  But off that win, we'll fade the Ducks, as they're 8-19 ATS off a high-scoring win, in which they tallied 85+ points.  And they're also 4-13 ATS as an underdog, priced from +2 to +8, off a SU win.  Meanwhile, Creighton is a stellar 37-14 ATS as a favorite of 8 or less points vs. non-conference foes off a win.  Lay the points with the Bluejays.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 11:30 am (note the early start), in the NIT Tournament, our selection is on the Seton Hall Pirates minus the points over North Texas.  The Pirates won, but failed to cover the spread, on Wednesday vs. St. Joseph's.  And that was the 3rd straight ATS loss for Seton Hall.  The good news for the Pirates, here, is that they're a solid 43-22 ATS after 3 ATS losses in their 3 previous games.  Take the Pirates.

At 9:20 pm, our selection is on the Houston Cougars minus the points over Longwood.  The Cougars were blown out in the Big 12 title game, 69-41, by Iowa State.  I expect Kelvin Sampson's men to bounce back in a strong way on Friday night, as they're 14-5 ATS off a double-digit loss.  And they're also 38-15-2 ATS vs. foes off back to back ATS wins, provided the Cougars were not off back to back ATS wins, themselves.  Take Houston.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:25 pm, our selection is on the Purdue Boilermakers minus the points over Grambling.  The Tigers upset Montana St, 88-81, as a 4.5-point underdog in the First Four round game, in Dayton.  But Grambling's task will be much more difficult today, as it will have to take on Zach Edey & Co.  Purdue was our preseason pick (at 15-1 odds) to win the National Championship, and they'll start their title trek today in Indianapolis, just 71 miles from Mackey Arena.  Gainbridge Fieldhouse will no doubt be on the side of the #1-seeded Boilermakers this evening, and we will lay the points.  Matt Painter's men lost to Wisconsin, 76-75, in the Big 10 Tournament.  But under Painter, the Boilermakers have gone 82-54-6 ATS off a SU/ATS loss, including a spectacular 15-2 ATS in the post-season.  And Grambling is 1-7 ATS off an upset win, when facing a winning foe.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 4:15 pm, our selection is on the Yale Bulldogs + the points over Auburn.  The Bulldogs hit a buzzer-beater to defeat Brown in the Ivy League championship game, but failed to cover the 8-point spread.  We'll take Yale to get the $$$ on Friday afternoon, as it's 37-17 ATS away from home off a point spread loss, including 4-1 ATS in the post-season.  Grab the points.

At 3:10 pm, our selection is on the Clemson Tigers + the points over New Mexico.  The Lobos won the Mountain West Conference Tournament with a 68-61 upset win over San Diego State.  And that was New Mexico's 4th straight win (and 6th straight cover).  The Lobos needed every one of those 4 wins, as they would not have qualified for the NCAA Tourney had they not won the Mountain West title.  Today, they'll face a Clemson team looking to bounce back off a 76-55 loss to Boston College in the ACC Tourney.  We'll fade New Mexico, as Mountain West teams are a woeful 10-34-1 ATS in the NCAA Tourney vs. a foe off a SU loss, including 2-13-1 ATS if our Mountain West team was off a SU win.  Moreover, ACC Conference teams have gone 58-34-1 ATS away from home off a loss by more than 10 points, if they were an underdog of less than 3 points.  And ACC teams have also gone 96-69-2 ATS off an upset loss, if they also lost two games back, and were matched up against a foe off a SU/ATS win (including 19-8 ATS vs. non-conference foes).  Grab the points with Clemson.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 1:45 pm, on Friday, our selection is on the San Diego State Aztecs minus the points over UAB.  Last year, Brian Dutcher's men lost in the championship game to Connecticut.  The Aztecs will try to make another run to the Final Four this season, and their first game will be against the Blazers, who won the AAC Tourney with an 85-69 triumph over Temple.  San Diego State is an awesome 99-56 ATS when favored (or PK) vs. a foe off a win by more than 8 points.  Lay the points with the Aztecs.

At 10:05 pm, our selection is on the Washington State Cougars + the points over Drake.  The Bulldogs have struggled in non-conference games, as they've gone 12-24 ATS their last 36.  Even worse:  they're 1-11 ATS in non-conference tournaments.  In contrast, the Cougars are 18-9 ATS in non-conference tourneys.  Take Washington St.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 9:40 pm our selection is on the Texas Tech Red Raiders minus the points over NC State.  Not since Xavier won the Atlantic 10 Tournament as a #10-seed in 2006 had such an improbable champion as NC State won its conference tournament.  But the Wolfpack did the near-impossible by winning five straight ACC games as the #10 seed to earn the title.  Unfortunately, teams that won their conference title games as underdogs of +6 (or more) points have not done well in their initial NCAA tourney game when not getting 17+ points, as they've covered just 36.1% since 1990.  Take Texas Tech minus the points.

At 9:20 pm, our selection is on the Tennessee Volunteers minus the points over St. Peter's.  After winning seven straight games (6-1 ATS), the Vols had a disappointing end to their season with back-to-back upset losses to Kentucky (85-81) and Mississippi St (73-56).  The good news for Tennessee is that it's a solid 47-17 ATS following 2+ losses, when matched up against a .571 (or better) foe.  Take the Volunteers.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:35 pm, our selection is on the South Dakota St. Jackrabbits + the points over Iowa St.  The Jackrabbits have been one of the best point spread teams, and they've been especially good against elite opponents, as they've gone 29-11 ATS vs. .777 (or better) teams with scoring margins > 8.0 ppg.  We'll take South Dakota State + the double-digits, and look for a bit of a letdown by Iowa State following its 28-point upset win over Houston to win the Big 12 title.  Unfortunately for the Cyclones, teams that win their conference tourney title game by double-digits as an underdog have generally underperformed in their initial NCAA Tourney game with a 39% ATS mark.  Take the Jackrabbits.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Washington Wizards + the points over Sacramento.  The Kings blew out Toronto last night, 123-89, while the Wizards had Wednesday off.  Washington lost their first two games of this four-game home stand.  But leading scorer, Kyle Kuzma (22.4 ppg) missed those two games.  He's been upgraded to 'probable' for tonight's game.  And that's all we need to fade the Kings tonight, as they're 18-41-1 ATS off a win, if they were an unrested road favorite in their current game (including 1-6 ATS as a double-digit favorite).  Take Washington.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Kentucky Wildcats minus the points over Oakland.  The Wildcats were upset by Auburn in the SEC Tourney.  We'll lay the points with Kentucky on Thursday night, as it has gone 18-2 ATS its last 18 (and 40-14 ATS its last 54) as favorites of 15 or less points vs. .585 (or better) foes when Kentucky was off an upset loss.  Take the Wildcats.

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Kentucky Wildcats and Oakland Golden Grizzlies to go Under the total.  The Grizzlies defeated Wisconsin-Milwaukee, 83-76, in the Horizon League title game to reach the NCAA Tournament.  But off that high-scoring win, we'll look for a lower-scoring game this evening.  Indeed, Oakland is 39-16 Under away from home following a game where it scored > 75 points, if the o/u line was 146+ points.  Additionally, the Wildcats also come into this game off a high-scoring affair, as they lost, 97-87, to Texas A&M in the SEC Tournament.  And NCAA post-season games have gone under 61.9% if the line was 150+ points, and each team scored > 80 in its previous game.  Take Kentucky/Oakland Under the total.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 12:40 pm, our selection is on the BYU Cougars minus the points over Duquesne.  It's been 47 years since the Dukes last qualified for the NCAA Tourney, but Keith Dambrot's men upset VCU in the Atlantic 10 Title game to punch their ticket.  Their Cinderella story will likely end Thursday against a very good BYU team, which is 26-11 ATS its last 37 as a favorite (including 11-2 ATS vs. non-conference foes).  Lay the points with the Cougars.

At 9 pm, our selection is on the Washington State Cougars minus the points over Stanford.  The Cardinal rose from the dead last night, and stormed back from an 18-point deficit to down the Cal Bears in overtime, 87-76.  Tonight, they'll play Wazzu, which checks in off an upset loss to rival, Washington.  Stanford is a wallet-busting 0-9 ATS in the post-season as an underdog, when playing a foe off a loss.  Take Washington State minus the points.

At 7 pm, our selection is on the Mississippi Rebels + the points over Texas A&M.  The Rebels were blown out by the Aggies, 86-60, last Saturday.  We'll take Ole Miss to avenge that defeat, as SEC teams off a loss, have cashed 61.4 percent since 1990 when playing with revenge from a loss by more than 16 points against a foe off back to back wins.  Take the Rebels.

At 6:30 pm, our selection is on the Iowa Hawkeyes + the points over Ohio State.  The Buckeyes enter this Big 10 Tourney game off back to back blowouts over Michigan (84-61) and Rutgers (73-51).  We'll fade the Buckeyes here, as Iowa has cashed 77% since 1990 vs. Big 10 foes off back to back wins by 20+ points.  Take the Hawkeyes.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 6 pm, our selection is on the Howard Bison minus the points over Morgan St.  The Bears have won and covered their last two games.  But they're a poor 21-37 ATS off back to back wins.  Take Howard minus the points.

At 5 pm, our selection is on the Loyola-Chicago Ramblers minus the points over St. Bonaventure.  The Bonnies won their tourney game vs. La Salle yesterday, 75-73.  Unfortunately, the Bonnies are a brutal 3-12 ATS away from home off a conference win.  We'll lay the points with the Ramblers, as they're 13-5 ATS vs. conference foes this season, and 9-3 ATS their last 12 post-season games.  Take Loyola.

At 4 pm, our selection is on the Akron Zips minus the points over Miami-Ohio.  The Zips went into Kalamazoo last Friday, and were upset by the Broncos, 90-84, as an 8.5-point road favorite.  We'll take Akron to bounce back off that loss, as it's 59-37 ATS its last 96 off an upset defeat.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 3 pm, our selection is on the Arizona Wildcats minus the points over USC.  The Trojans upset Arizona, 78-65, last Saturday, as an 8-point home underdog.  We'll take Arizona to avenge that defeat, as it's cashed 80% since 1990 when playing with revenge from a double-digit upset road loss.  Lay the points.

At 11:30 am, our selection is on the Richmond Spiders minus the points over St. Joe's.  Richmond has been terrific "in Vegas" this season, as it's gone 21-9 ATS, including a perfect 8-0 ATS off a point spread loss.  With Richmond, indeed, off an ATS loss in its last game (at George Mason), we'll lay the points with the Spiders this morning.

At 10:10 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Lakers over Sacramento. We played on the Kings last night vs. Milwaukee, and were rewarded with a 129-94 blowout win. Tonight, we'll switch gears, and go against the Kings, who are 9-22 ATS off a win by more than 23 points, including 0-5 ATS in division games. Moreover, the Lakers play this game with revenge from 2 home losses to the Kings. And LA is 64-42 ATS on the road with revenge, when not getting 2+ points. Take Los Angeles. At 9:30 pm, our selection is on the Clemson Tigers minus the points over Boston College.  The Eagles upset Miami yesterday, 81-65, while Clemson enters off a SU/ATS loss at Wake Forest to end its regular season.  We'll fade BC, as teams off an upset tourney win, in which they covered by 10+ points, have proceeded to cover just 42% in their next game, if their opponent was off an ATS loss.  Take Clemson minus the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.
