12-11-21 | Jazz -5 v. Wizards | Top | 123-98 | Win | 100 | 11 h 50 m | Show |
At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Utah Jazz minus the points over the Washington Wizards. Utah comes into this game off six straight wins, and has won those by an average of 17.67 ppg. I won't step in front of this freight train, as the Jazz don't have letdowns off wins. They're 64-41-1 ATS off a win, including 31-14 ATS vs. teams from the Eastern conference. And, even more impressive is the fact they're 46-25-1 ATS off back-to-back SU/ATS wins, when not laying 10+ points. The Jazz are 9-2 SU and 7-3-1 ATS their last 11 vs. the Wizards, including 4-1 SU/ATS here, in Washington. Lay the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-11-21 | Alabama A&M v. Samford -13 | Top | 50-52 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 28 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on the Samford Bulldogs minus the points over Alabama A&M. Last year, Alabama A&M came into the Pete Hanna Center, and upset Samford, 78-76, as a 7-point road underdog. But we'll take the revenge-minded home team this evening, as it falls into a 104-49 ATS revenge systems of mine. Take Samford minus the points. |
12-11-21 | Boston College v. St. Louis -6.5 | Top | 68-79 | Win | 100 | 8 h 29 m | Show |
At 5 pm, our selection is on the Saint Louis Billikens minus the points over Boston College. The Eagles will look for their second straight upset win after shocking Notre Dame, 73-57, as a 4.5-point home dog. But the Billikens will prove to be a tough foe today, as it will be looking to bounce back from a pair of upset losses. Saint Louis doesn't lose many home games, and especially not back to back home games. But that's what happened earlier this past week, as UAB and Belmont came into Chaifetz Arena, and exited with wins. But the Billikens are 49-31-2 ATS at home off back to back losses, while Boston College is 1-8 ATS its last nine off an upset win. Lay the points with St. Louis. |
12-11-21 | Wisconsin v. Ohio State -4.5 | Top | 55-73 | Win | 100 | 2 h 58 m | Show |
At 12 Noon, our selection is on the Ohio State Buckeyes minus the points over Wisconsin. This is a great matchup in Columbus between the red-hot 8-1 Badgers, who have won and covered six straight, and the 7-2 Buckeyes. We'll lay the points with Ohio State, as the Buckeyes fall into a terrific 385-242 ATS system of mine, which plays on certain winning teams favored over other winning teams. Also, Wisconsin is an awful 24-50 ATS on the road vs. conference foes with an ATS win pct. less than .563, if the Badgers were getting less than 13 points. And the Buckeyes are a fantastic 27-9 ATS off back to back double-digit wins, when matched against an opponent off a point spread cover. Lay the points with the Buckeyes. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-11-21 | Nebraska +14 v. Auburn | Top | 68-99 | Loss | -107 | 3 h 60 m | Show |
At 11:30 am, our selection is on the Nebraska Cornhuskers + the points over Auburn. This game will be played at State Farm Arena, in Atlanta, Georgia, in the Holiday Hoopsgiving Classic. Both teams will be short-handed, as 18th-ranked Auburn will be without its head coach, Bruce Pearl, who will serve a 2-game suspension handed down by the NCAA, while Fred Hoiberg's 'Huskers will be without a couple of players due to the flu. In its last game, the 'Huskers were blown out, 102-67, by Michigan. But we'll take the 'Huskers + the points this morning, as Auburn is a horrid 15-45 ATS vs. .500 (or better) foes that failed to cover the spread by 8+ points in their previous game, if Auburn wasn't getting 3+ points in the current game. Take Nebraska + the points. Good luck, as always....Al McMordie. |
12-10-21 | Panthers -1.5 v. Coyotes | Top | 3-1 | Win | 100 | 13 h 15 m | Show |
At 9:05 pm, our selection is on the Florida Panthers minus 1.5 goals over the Arizona Coyotes. Aleksander Barkov left Florida's last game due to an undisclosed injury (though it was unrelated to his knee injury which sidelined him for eight games). But he practiced yesterday, and looks to be good-to-go tonight. Also, left wing Anthony Duclair has been upgraded to 'probable' for tonight. In net will be Sergei Bobrovsky for Florida (11-1-2, 2.41 GAA) and Scott Wedgewood for Arizona (3-5-1, 2.89 GAA). Arizona has scored 2 goals or less in seven of its last eight games, while Florida has scored 3 goals or more in eight of its last 10. Florida did lose its last game, 4-3, but is 42-20 after surrendering 4+ goals. And of the Coyotes' 20 losses this season, only five have been by just a single goal. There's just too much firepower on the Florida side. The Panthers rank 2nd (behind Colorado) with 3.80 goals per game. And when Arizona has played the 8 teams ranked among the upper 25% in goals scored per game (at least 3.3 per game), Arizona has gone 1-9. And zero of its nine losses were by a single goal (the average loss was 5.11 to 1.89). Take Florida minus 1.5 goals. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-10-21 | Cavs v. Wolves -1 | Top | 123-106 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 19 m | Show |
At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Minnesota Timberwolves over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Cleveland's been the league's best point spread team this season, as it's covered nine straight heading into tonight, and is 20-6 ATS, overall. And it's also covering the spread by an average of 7.59 ppg. To put this extreme success into perspective, consider that never in the past 32 seasons (which is as far back as my database goes) has a team covered the spread by more than 6.76 ppg at Game 27 forward! So, it's safe to say that the Cavs will come back down to Earth. If, for no other reason than that the oddsmakers will (and already have) made adjustments to their number. In that regard, we have this game tonight priced near PK'em. The value is clearly on the side of the T-Wolves, who are 5-3 ATS their last eight home games, and have covered against the likes of Phoenix, Sacramento, Miami, San Antonio and Memphis. It's been 20 games since the last time the Cavaliers were getting this much respect on the road by the oddsmakers. But even when have been priced as a small underdog, or a favorite on the road, they've not done well, as they've gone 8-19 ATS their last 27. Take the Timberwolves at home tonight to blow out Cleveland. |
12-10-21 | Bucks -8.5 v. Rockets | Top | 123-114 | Win | 100 | 12 h 19 m | Show |
At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Milwaukee Bucks minus the points over the Houston Rockets. Kudos to Houston. Like Lazarus, it's risen from the dead, and currently rides a seven-game win streak (which followed a 15-game losing streak). Unfortunately, tonight's opponent is the Milwaukee Bucks, who were upset by Miami, 113-104, as a 6-point favorite, in their last game. But the Bucks are an awesome 18-5 ATS after failing to cover their previous game by more than 14 points, when rested, and playing an opponent off a win (including a perfect 8-0 ATS when laying 8+ points). Take the Bucks. |
12-10-21 | Lakers -5.5 v. Thunder | Top | 116-95 | Win | 100 | 12 h 18 m | Show |
At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Lakers minus the points over Oklahoma City. The Thunder come into tonight's game off an upset win at Toronto (their 2nd straight win), and are 8-16 on the season. Meanwhile, Frank Vogel's Lakers were the preseason favorite to win the Western Conference, yet are floundering at 13-13. Player absences and trying to integrate a bunch of new team members certainly has much to do with it. But so does a lackadaisical attitude on the court. Indeed, Vogel lamented after their loss to Memphis on Thursday that his team was too 'casual.' However, there are several reasons to believe that won't be the case tonight, and that the Lakers will put forward a supreme effort. First and foremost is the fact that the Thunder have defeated L.A. not once this season, but twice. And in each game, the Lakers led by 19+ points before taking the pedal off the metal to allow an OKC comeback. Then, the 2nd reason is that the Lakers were upset by Memphis last night. For technical support, consider that the Lakers are 50-28 ATS as revenge-minded road favorites, including 13-1 ATS if their opponent was off an upset win. Even better: the Thunder are 8-28 SU and 14-22 ATS their last 36 home games vs. .500 (or better) opposition, including 0-9 ATS vs. foes playing with revenge, and also 0-8 ATS if OKC was off back to back SU/ATS wins. Take Los Angeles minus the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-10-21 | Murray State v. Memphis -10.5 | Top | 74-72 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 11 m | Show |
At 8 pm, our selection is on the Memphis Tigers minus the points over Murray State. The Racers are 7-1 this season, but have largely played a cupcake schedule. Indeed, this will be the first time this season that Murray has played a superior team, and been installed as an underdog. Unfortunately, the Racers are 0-9 SU and 3-5-1 ATS their last nine as a dog. And they're 4-44 SU and 17-29-2 ATS when getting 5+ points. Memphis returns home after a 2-game road trip which saw it go 0-2 at SEC Conference schools, Georgia and Mississippi. The good news for Penny Hardaway's men is that they're undefeated at home this season, and have won 11 straight (7-4 ATS) since last Christmas. Even better: Memphis is a reliable 37-15-2 ATS off back to back losses, including 13-2-2 ATS vs. foes off back to back wins. With the Racers in off victories over Campbellsville and Middle Tennessee St., we'll lay the points with Memphis. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-09-21 | Monmouth v. St. John's -8.5 | Top | 83-88 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 3 m | Show |
At 8:30 pm, our selection is on the St. John's Red Storm minus the points over Monmouth. The Hawks are red-hot, and have won and covered each of their last seven games. But they're installed as a big road underdog tonight. And road underdogs of +10 (or less) points have cashed just 38% of non-conference games over the last 32 years, if they were off 7+ wins, and 3+ covers. That doesn't bode well for Monmouth. Nor does the fact that St. John's is a solid 20-4 ATS at home vs. non-conference foes with a better record, if the Johnnies weren't favored by 11+ points. Take St. John's. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-09-21 | Steelers v. Vikings -3 | Top | 28-36 | Win | 100 | 11 h 55 m | Show |
At 8:20 pm, our selection is on the Minnesota Vikings minus the points over Pittsburgh. The Vikes lost their last two games to fall to 5-7 on the season, but each of those two was on the road. Tonight, Minnesota is back home, and home favorites have gone 80-53 ATS in weekday games if they played their two previous games on the road. Even better: the Steelers upset their biggest rival (Baltimore) last Sunday, and are now 6-5-1 on the season. Unfortunately, winning teams have cashed 0 of 8 as underdogs of less than 6 points in Thursday games, if they were matched up against a losing opponent. Minnesota is also 12-0-1 ATS at home off a loss when matched up against .375 (or better) non-division foes. Lay the points with the Vikings. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-09-21 | Jazz v. 76ers +3.5 | Top | 118-96 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 42 m | Show |
At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Philadelphia 76ers + the points over the Utah Jazz. Quin Snyder's men blew out the Sixers, 120-85, in Salt Lake City earlier this season. We'll take Philly tonight in the rematch, as the 76ers are 11-0-1 ATS their last 12 home games when playing with revenge vs. Western Conference teams, if Philly owned a worse record. And NBA revenge-minded home teams have cashed 66% since 1990 when playing a non-conference foe off a SU win. Take Philly. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-09-21 | Hampton v. William & Mary -4 | Top | 54-53 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 34 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on the William & Mary Tribe minus the points over Hampton. The Tribe is 0-9 on the season vs. Division 1 foes (but did defeat Mary Baldwin, 87-50), but they were favored in just one of those nine Division 1 games. And that was as a 2-point favorite vs. American. Tonight, they'll step down-in-class, and host the Pirates, who are 3-6 on the season (but have also played a much easier schedule than has William & Mary). We'll lay the points with William & Mary, as we note that, since 1990, teams installed as a favorite (or PK) have cashed 63.9% at Game 8 forward, if their win percentage was .100 (or worse). Look for William & Mary to blow out Hampton. Good luck, as always....Al McMordie. |
12-08-21 | Blazers +14.5 v. Warriors | Top | 94-104 | Win | 100 | 11 h 15 m | Show |
At 10:10 pm, our selection is on the Portland Trail Blazers + the points over Golden State. The Blazers will be short-handed tonight, as McCollum and Lillard will be in street clothes. But we'll still take the underdog, as they're playing with revenge from a 118-103 loss less than two weeks ago, and getting double-digits. Golden State is a horrible 6-34-2 ATS when playing a revenge-minded foe, if the Warriors were off a point spread win, and won by 15 or less points in the previous meeting. Take Portland. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-08-21 | Idaho State +13.5 v. California | Top | 46-72 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 3 m | Show |
At 10 pm, our selection is on the Idaho St. Bengals + the points over California. The Bengals have lost 7 straight games, including back to back home upset losses to Portland St and Northern Arizona last week. We'll look for Idaho State to bounce back off those upset defeats, as double-digit road dogs have cashed 60% over the last 32 years off back to back home upset losses, if their opponent was off a point spread win. Take the Bengals. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-08-21 | Fresno State v. San Francisco -9 | Top | 63-71 | Loss | -108 | 11 h 60 m | Show |
At 10 pm, our selection is on the San Francisco Dons minus the points over Fresno State. This is a great match-up tonight between the 9-0 Dons and 9-1 Bulldogs. The Bulldogs, though, have played an exceptionally easy schedule, and San Francisco will be its toughest foe to date. Fresno also has been generally poor vs. top-level clubs, as it's 33-62-3 ATS vs. .785 (or better) opponents, including 23-53-1 ATS when not getting more than 12 points. Take San Francisco. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-08-21 | Towson v. Ohio State -14.5 | Top | 74-85 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 1 m | Show |
At 9 pm, our selection is on the Ohio State Buckeyes minus the points over Towson. The Buckeyes return home tonight after dispatching Penn State, 76-64, in Happy Valley, on Sunday. That triumph followed an upset of #1-ranked Duke, so the Buckeyes avoided a letdown, which speaks volumes for this team. We'll lay the points tonight with Ohio State, as it's 21-5 ATS as a favorite of -7 (or more) points off back to back wins, if matched up against a foe off an ATS win. Take the Buckeyes. |
12-08-21 | Cornell v. Virginia Tech -17 | Top | 60-93 | Win | 100 | 10 h 1 m | Show |
At 9 pm, our selection is on the Virginia Tech minus the points over Cornell. The Hokies were upset, 80-61, by fellow ACC member, Wake Forest, on Saturday. Tonight, the Hokies will welcome Cornell to Blacksburg, and ACC favorites of -8 (or more) points are 79% ATS since 1990 off a SU/ATS loss, if they failed to cover by 9+ points in their previous game, and are now matched up against a .714 (or better) foe. Take the Hokies. |
12-08-21 | Holy Cross +14.5 v. Fairfield | Top | 59-74 | Loss | -109 | 8 h 4 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on the Holy Cross Crusaders + the points over Fairfield. The Stags come into this game off back to back upset road wins, and have been installed as a double-digit home favorite vs. the Crusaders, who are on a 3-game losing streak. We'll fade Fairfield, as favorites of more than 8 points have covered just 33.8% since 1990 off back to back upset road wins, if their opponent was off back to back losses. Take Holy Cross + the points. |
12-08-21 | Lipscomb +17.5 v. Miami-FL | Top | 59-76 | Win | 100 | 8 h 3 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on Lipscomb + the points over Miami-Florida. The Bisons are 5-4, but were blown out by 21 points by Chattanooga, on Sunday. That defeat has triggered one of my favorite systems, which is 422-231 ATS since 1990. Additionally, Miami is 2-8-1 ATS its last 11 (and 28-47-1 ATS its last 76) as a favorite, while Lipscomb is 19-9-1 ATS as a road underdog. Take Lipscomb + the points. |
12-08-21 | North Florida v. Florida -26 | Top | 55-85 | Win | 100 | 8 h 0 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on the Florida Gators minus the points over North Florida. It doesn't happen often that a 24-point home favorite loses by 15 points. But that is exactly what the 14th-ranked Gators did on Monday night. I expect Florida to be in an ornery mood tonight, and to take out their frustration on the Ospreys. Since 2009, teams off upset losses as favorites of 20+ points, have bounced back to cover the spread 71% of the time. Take the Gators. |
12-08-21 | Chattanooga v. North Carolina-Asheville +8.5 | Top | 78-73 | Win | 100 | 8 h 30 m | Show |
At 6:30 pm, our selection is on NC-Asheville + the points over Chattanooga. These two teams met in Chattanooga on Nov. 14, and the Mocs blew out the Bulldogs, 75-45. But Asheville has gone 4-0 ATS since that defeat, and I look for it to win its 5th straight ATS tonight. Indeed, over the last 32 years, winning teams, playing with revenge from a 25-point (or worse) defeat, have covered 61.1% at home if they were off back to back wins, and also on a 3-game (or better) ATS win streak. Take NC-Asheville. |
12-07-21 | Eastern Kentucky +17.5 v. USC | Top | 68-80 | Win | 100 | 13 h 43 m | Show |
At 10 pm, our selection is on the Eastern Kentucky Colonels + the points over USC. The Trojans opened their Pac-12 Conference schedule with big wins last week against Utah and Washington State, but will revert to a non-conference schedule for the next 15 days. Tonight, the undefeated Trojans (8-0) will welcome the Colonels to the Galen Center, and have been installed as a big double-digit favorite. Eastern Kentucky is 10-3 its last 13 as a road underdog, and it also falls into a 71.9% ATS system of mine which plays on certain underdogs vs. foes off wins. Meanwhile, USC is a poor 2-10 ATS off 8 (or more) straight wins. Take Eastern Kentucky + the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-07-21 | Nets -2.5 v. Mavs | Top | 102-99 | Win | 100 | 10 h 22 m | Show |
At 7:35 pm, our selection is on the Brooklyn Nets minus the points over Dallas. The Nets have been off for the last two days following their home upset loss to the Chicago Bulls. Brooklyn's been installed as road favorite tonight, and we'll lay the points with the well-rested Nets. Indeed, since 1990, .500 (or better) NBA teams with at least two days of rest, off a home loss, have cashed 62.1% as a road favorite (or PK) vs. non-winning opposition. Take Brooklyn to bounce back tonight. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-07-21 | Blue Jackets v. Maple Leafs -1.5 | Top | 4-5 | Loss | -104 | 10 h 49 m | Show |
At 7:05 pm, our selection is on the Toronto Maple Leafs minus 1.5 goals over the Columbus Blue Jackets. These two teams haven't played since what was then called the "qualifying round" in the 2019-2020 playoffs. The Jackets came away with the upset victory in that one, taking the fifth and final game here in Toronto back on August 9, 2020, by a 3-0 margin. That's the last time Columbus' hockey team stepped foot in the Scotiabank Arena and this version appears to be quite inferior than that one of just a little more than a year ago. The Leafs had their recent five-game win streak snapped, losing on back-to-back nights to the Wild (in OT) and Jets. The latter loss two days ago was with Toronto's back-up goalie, rookie Joseph Woll, in net. Tonight, they'll be back to using regular #1 Jack Campbell. The veteran net-minder is leading the league in Wins (13), GAA (1.78), and saves PCT (.942) so the Leafs will no doubt be glad to have him back on the ice. The Blue Jackets are 19-40 in their last 59 games vs. teams with a winning record and 11-26 in their last 37 following a win. Take Toronto minus 1.5 goals. |
12-07-21 | Old Dominion v. William & Mary +8 | Top | 74-59 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 42 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on the William & Mary Tribe + the points over Old Dominion. This is the 3rd straight road game for the Monarchs, who upset George Mason, in Fairfax, on Saturday. Old Dominion was an 8.5-point road underdog in that game, but stunned the Patriots, 60-50. We'll fade Old Dominion tonight, as it's an awful 22-47 ATS after a double-digit win away from home, if it wasn't favored by more than 13 points in its current game. And it's 23-37 ATS off an upset win. Even worse: ODU is 1-9 ATS its last 10 vs. William & Mary, including 0-5 ATS on the road. Take William & Mary + the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-07-21 | Virginia -5.5 v. James Madison | Top | 49-52 | Loss | -125 | 9 h 16 m | Show |
At 6:30 pm, our selection is on the Virginia Cavaliers minus the points over James Madison. The Dukes are 7-2, but have yet to defeat a top-150 team. Instead, their victories have come against Carlow, Old Dominion, George Mason, Eastern Mennonite, Wright State, and Florida Atlantic. In contrast, the Cavaliers have already played top-tier teams like Houston, Providence, and Iowa, as well as mid-tier teams like Pittsburgh and Georgia. The Dukes are a soft 5-24 SU and 10-19 ATS as a home dog of more than 5 points, while Virginia is 57-28 ATS on the road, including 24-9 ATS vs. foes with winning SU/ATS records. Lay the points with Tony Bennett's men. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie |
12-06-21 | New Mexico State -3.5 v. New Mexico | Top | 78-76 | Loss | -110 | 14 h 37 m | Show |
At 9 pm, our selection is on the New Mexico State Aggies minus the points over New Mexico. Richard Pitino's Lobos went into Las Cruces in their last game, and upset the Aggies, 101-94, as 10.5-point road underdogs. This rematch will be played at home, in Albuquerque, and the Lobos have been installed as a home underdog. We'll take the revenge-minded road team, and lay the points, as home underdogs -- like New Mexico -- that are playing back to back games against the same opponent -- have covered just 38% over the last 32 years vs. foes that have winning SU/ATS records (New Mexico State is 5-3 SU and 4-3 ATS). Also, the Aggies will have coach Chris Jans back on the sidelines for this one, as he missed that earlier game due to COVID-19 protocols. The Lobos are a poor 9-20 ATS as underdogs off an upset win, including 1-8 ATS if they were an underdog of more than 4 points in that upset win. Take New Mexico State. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-06-21 | Patriots v. Bills -2.5 | Top | 14-10 | Loss | -122 | 35 h 20 m | Show |
At 8:15 pm, on Monday, our selection is on the Buffalo Bills minus the points over New England. Bill Belichick's men are currently riding a 6-game SU/ATS win streak, and have scored an average of 35.16 ppg (after averaging 20.83 ppg over their first 6 games). Meanwhile, the Bills are 3-3 over their previous six games, and have seen their offensive output drop from 34.4 ppg prior to those six games to 25.66 ppg over their last 6 outings. But I love Buffalo to bounce back on this Monday. Indeed, the Bills won both meetings vs. New England last season, and scored 38 and 24 points in those two games. And NFL teams (like New England) off 3 SU/ATS wins by 20+ points have covered just 1 of 14 regular season road games vs. winning opposition. Take Buffalo minus the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-06-21 | Columbia v. Colgate -20 | Top | 61-89 | Win | 100 | 12 h 38 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on the Colgate Raiders minus the points over Columbia. Colgate comes into this game off 3 straight upset losses, while Columbia checks in off a win and cover vs. Maine. But the good news for Matt Langel's men tonight is that teams off 3 upset losses have covered 64.5% of non-conference games since 1990, including 76% if its opponent is off a SU/ATS win. Take Colgate to blow out Columbia. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-05-21 | Broncos v. Chiefs -9 | Top | 9-22 | Win | 100 | 11 h 27 m | Show |
At 8:20 pm, our selection is on the Kansas City Chiefs minus the points over Denver. Going into Halloween weekend, each of these two teams was 3-4, and their prospects for reaching the postseason were diminished. But Denver has won 3 of 4 since, while KC is riding a 4-game win streak. So, the winner of this game will be atop the division (or tied), and be in control of its playoff destiny. We'll lay the points with Kansas City, and go against a Broncos club off an upset win as a home underdog last week. Since 1980, winning teams have gone 45-74-2 ATS on the road, if they were off a double-digit upset home win, and not favored by 7+ points in their current game. Moreover, KC has gone 28-16 ATS vs. foes that covered the spread by more than 7 points in their previous game. Lay the points with Patrick Mahomes & Co. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |

12-05-21 | Ohio State v. Penn State +5.5 | Top | 76-64 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 34 m | Show |
At 7:30 pm, our selection is on the Penn State Nittany Lions + the points over Ohio State. the Nittany Lions will look to bounce back off their upset loss to Miami-Fla this past Wednesday. And they will welcome Ohio State to Happy Valley on this Sunday evening. Earlier this week, the Buckeyes upset #1-ranked Duke, 71-66, as a 3-point home underdog. But off that emotional win, we'll fade the Buckeyes on the Big 10 Conference road. Indeed, NCAA teams have covered just 14 of 39 off upset home wins over Duke, if they were on the conference road in their next game, including 1-8 ATS as a road favorite priced from -2 to -9.5 points. And Penn State also falls into a 73-31 ATS system of mine which plays on certain home teams in conference games off upset defeats. Take Penn State. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-05-21 | Jazz -4.5 v. Cavs | Top | 109-108 | Loss | -109 | 7 h 43 m | Show |
At 3:40 pm, our selection is on the Utah Jazz minus the points over Cleveland. The Cavaliers have won each of their four previous games, including upset wins over their last three. But this string of upsets sets up our play this afternoon, as winning teams have cashed just 35% as underdogs over the past 32 years off 3 upset wins. Moreover, the Jazz are 78-48 ATS on the road vs. Eastern Conference foes, if Utah was off a point spread loss, and wasn't getting more than 3 points in the current game. Take the Jazz to blow out Cleveland. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-05-21 | Western Illinois v. Central Michigan +6 | Top | 97-70 | Loss | -110 | 5 h 1 m | Show |
At 2 pm, our selection is on the Central Michigan Chippewas + the points over Western Illinois. The Leathernecks were at home yesterday, on Saturday afternoon, and blew out Tennessee-Martin, 81-64. But they now have to play back to back days, and also take on a Chippewas team playing its home opener (after 7 road games to start its season). We'll grab the points with the home underdog, as home teams have covered 59% in their home openers, if they weren't laying 15 (or more) points, and their opponent was playing without rest. And the Chippewas have cashed 63% at home since 1995 vs. non-conference foes when the Chips weren't laying more than 3 points. Finally, Central Michigan falls into 31-4, 306-212, and 74-28 ATS systems of mine. Take Central Michigan + the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-05-21 | Cardinals v. Bears +7.5 | Top | 33-22 | Loss | -110 | 4 h 8 m | Show |
At 1 pm, our selection is on the Chicago Bears + the points over the Arizona Cardinals. In its last game, Arizona went into Seattle, and upset the Seahawks as a 4.5-point road underdog, 23-13. But off that division upset win, we will fade Arizona as a non-division road favorite. Indeed, the Cardinals have covered just 4 of 17 non-division games off an upset division win, in which they covered the spread by 10+ points (and NFL teams have covered just 186 of 430). Meanwhile, the Bears are an awesome 9-0 ATS as a home underdog of +6 (or more) points if they didn't cover the spread in either of their two previous games. With Chicago in off back to back ATS losses to Detroit and Baltimore, we'll grab the points with Chicago. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-05-21 | Chargers +3 v. Bengals | Top | 41-22 | Win | 100 | 4 h 6 m | Show |
At 1 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Chargers + the points over Cincinnati. The Chargers were upset by division rival, Denver, 28-13, last Sunday, while Cincinnati blew out its division rival, Pittsburgh, here at home, 41-10. But off those results, we'll grab the points with the Chargers, as road teams have covered 72% of non-division games since 1982, if they were off an upset loss, and not getting more than 4 points from a foe off a home division blowout win by 15+ points. Additionally, Los Angeles is an awesome 47-21-1 ATS as a road underdog vs. .666 (or worse) teams off a win. Grab the points with the Chargers. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-04-21 | Iowa +11 v. Michigan | Top | 3-42 | Loss | -110 | 60 h 36 m | Show |
At 8 pm, our selection is on the Iowa Hawkeyes + the points over Michigan. Last week, we played on the Wolverines as a huge home underdog against Ohio State. And the Wolves routed the Buckeyes, 42-27, to snap an 8-game losing streak to their rival. But off that emotional, upset win, we will fade Jim Harbaugh's men on Saturday. Indeed, Michigan is 0-10-1 ATS its last 11 games off an upset win, if Michigan was getting at least 4 points in that prior game. That doesn't bode well for the Maize and Blue on Saturday. And neither does the fact that the favored team has gone 2-7-1 ATS in Big 10 Conference Title games. Or that Iowa is 17-5 ATS as a conference underdog of +7 (or more) points, if it owned a .666 (or better) win percentage. Finally, Michigan falls into negative 22-52 and 74-122 ATS systems of mine that fade certain teams off upset wins, while Iowa falls into a very good 35-6 ATS post-season system of mine based on its season stats. Take the Hawkeyes. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-04-21 | Bulls v. Nets -3 | Top | 111-107 | Loss | -105 | 13 h 39 m | Show |
At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the Brooklyn Nets minus the points over Chicago. The Bulls blew out Brooklyn, 118-95, in the season's first meeting. We'll take Kevin Durant & Co. in this rematch, as the Nets are an awesome 65-27 ATS in the regular season when playing with revenge from a loss by more than 12 points. And Brooklyn is 34-21 ATS in the regular season at home, in competitively-priced games with point spreads of less than 5 points. Also, Brooklyn falls into several of my best revenge systems, with records of 59-22, 261-167 and 77-36 ATS. Take the Nets to blow out the Bulls. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-04-21 | High Point v. Elon -4 | Top | 83-77 | Loss | -120 | 11 h 21 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on the Elon Phoenix minus the points over High Point. Elon enters this game off 5 SU/ATS losses, while the Panthers have covered four straight. The knee-jerk reaction might be to take the points with High Point. But road underdogs of +4 (or more) points, off 4 ATS wins, have covered just 39% since 1990 against foes off back-to-back SU/ATS losses. Take Elon. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-04-21 | St. Mary's v. Colorado State -4 | Top | 58-74 | Win | 100 | 8 h 26 m | Show |
At 4 pm, our selection is on the Colorado State Rams minus the points over St. Mary's. Colorado State is off to an 8-0 start this season. And it plays with big-time revenge from a 53-33 loss to the Gaels last season. St. Mary's is also to a strong start, as it's 8-1, and has won and covered each of its last two games. Unfortunately, NCAA teams off back to back SU/ATS wins have covered just 21% since 1990 vs. revenge-minded teams that scored less than 37 points in the previous meeting. And St. Mary's is a wallet-breaking 33-58 ATS as an underdog vs. foes that have winning SU and winning ATS records. Lay the points with Colorado State. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-04-21 | Campbell v. VCU -10 | Top | 61-65 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 22 m | Show |
At 4 pm, our selection is on the Virginia Commonwealth Rams minus the points over Campbell. The Camels have won four straight, while VCU has dropped its last two. But VCU is 35-2 SU and 26-9 ATS as a favorite off back to back losses. And it also falls into two super 66-22 and 93-53 ATS systems of mine that play on certain teams off losses. Lay the points. |
12-04-21 | William & Mary +19.5 v. Davidson | Top | 46-70 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 28 m | Show |
At 3 pm, our selection is on the William & Mary Tribe + the points over Davidson. The Tribe and Wildcats are going in opposite directions. William & Mary is 1-7 SU and 0-7 ATS to start this season, while Davidson is 5-2 SU and 6-1 ATS, including 4-0 SU/ATS its last four. But we'll step in and take the large number of points with Bill and Mary, as it falls into 94-44 and 137-64 ATS systems of mine that play on certain teams off ATS losses. Moreover, Davidson's a woeful 0-8 ATS its last eight, and 4-15 ATS its last 19, as a favorite of -14 (or more) points vs. foes off a point spread defeat. This is the largest number of points that the Tribe has been given this season. And it's 17-5 ATS as a road underdog of 9 (or more) points off a SU/ATS loss. Take William & Mary. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-04-21 | San Diego State v. Michigan -8 | Top | 58-72 | Win | 100 | 5 h 25 m | Show |
At 1 pm, our selection is on the Michigan Wolverines minus the points over San Diego State. Juwan Howard's men have largely disappointed this season, and were blown out by 21 points at North Carolina earlier this week. The good news is that Michigan is 21-8-1 ATS its last 30, and 75-42-2 ATS its last 119 off a straight-up loss. Additionally, Mountain West conference underdogs of 8+ points are 0-23 straight-up, and 8-15 ATS vs. the Big 10, including 0-7 ATS vs. a foe off a straight-up loss. Take the Wolverines minus the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-04-21 | Baylor +6 v. Oklahoma State | Top | 21-16 | Win | 100 | 51 h 16 m | Show |
At 12 Noon, on Saturday, our selection is on the Baylor Bears + the points over Oklahoma State. This game is a rematch of a game played back in October, in Stillwater. The Cowboys were victorious at home in that game, 24-14, as a 3.5-point favorite. Both teams were victorious last weekend. The Bears edged Texas Tech, 27-24, as a 14-point home favorite, while Okie State outlasted its rival, Oklahoma, 37-33, as a 4-point home favorite. We'll grab the points with Dava Aranda's Bears, as they're 15-3-1 ATS off a point spread loss, including 8-0-1 ATS away from home. And they're also an awesome 13-2 ATS when playing with revenge, and not laying 7+ points. Meanwhile, the Cowboys are 0-9 ATS away from home vs. .600 (or better) foes after playing their rival, Oklahoma, at home in Stillwater. Take Baylor + the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-04-21 | Nebraska v. Indiana -11 | Top | 55-68 | Win | 100 | 4 h 24 m | Show |
At 12 Noon, our selection is on the Indiana Hoosiers minus the points over Nebraska. Mike Woodson's men were upset in overtime, 112-110, at Syracuse, on Tuesday. But off that upset loss, we'll lay the points with Indiana in its Big 10 season opener. Over the last 32 seasons, the Hoosiers have cashed 71% off an upset road non-conference loss, and it's won and covered each of the last three meetings vs. the Hoosiers. Even better: Nebraska is a horrid 3-43 SU and 11-33 ATS as an underdog of more than 3 points vs. an opponent off an upset defeat. Take Indiana. |
12-03-21 | Suns v. Warriors -7 | Top | 96-118 | Win | 100 | 13 h 25 m | Show |
At 10:10 pm, our selection is on the Golden State Warriors minus the points over Phoenix. These two teams met earlier this week, and the Suns bested Golden State, 104-96, as a home favorite. But the Warriors will be at home in this rematch, and they'll also have the twin benefit of the Suns playing without rest (Phoenix defeated Detroit last night), as well as Devin Booker being injured. We'll lay the points with Golden State, as it is 12-0-1 ATS at home off a loss vs. unrested division foes, provided the Warriors weren't an underdog of +7 (or more) points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-03-21 | Tulsa v. Boise State -8.5 | Top | 58-63 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 18 m | Show |
At 9 pm, our selection is on the Boise State Broncos minus the points over Tulsa. It's not often that the Broncos lose back to back games at home, but that's exactly what occurred over the last week. But, over the last 26 seasons, Boise has not lost 3 straight games, if all three were at home. That bodes well for them tonight. As does the fact that it is 9-3 ATS at home off an upset loss, and also a perfect 6-0 straight-up, and 5-1 ATS off back to back upset losses. Take Boise State minus the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-03-21 | Oregon +3 v. Utah | Top | 10-38 | Loss | -115 | 35 h 20 m | Show |
At 8 pm, on Friday, our selection is on the Oregon Ducks + the points over Utah. These two Pac-12 rivals met in Utah last month, and the Utes routed Oregon, 38-7. We had a big play on Utah in that game, as that was a stellar situation for the home team. But we will switch gears and take the revenge-minded Ducks in this rematch. Utah is a wallet-busting 6-23 ATS when favored (or PK) against a .571 (or better) revenge-minded foe. And Oregon is a powerful 24-7-1 ATS away from home as an underdog of +3 or less points, including a perfect 5-0 ATS in the post-season. Take the Ducks + the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-03-21 | Pittsburgh v. Virginia -13.5 | Top | 56-57 | Loss | -106 | 11 h 18 m | Show |
At 8 pm, our selection is on the Virginia Cavaliers minus the points over Pittsburgh. The Cavs were upset by Iowa, 75-74, at the buzzer on Monday. And that loss snapped UVa's 4-game win streak. The good news for Tony Bennett's men tonight in their ACC Conference opener is that they are 18-0-1 ATS off a non-conference loss, when priced from -3 to -24.5 points. Take Virginia minus the points. |
12-03-21 | Cavs v. Wizards -4 | Top | 116-101 | Loss | -109 | 10 h 26 m | Show |
At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Washington Wizards minus the points over Cleveland. The Cavs have run hot and cold this season, as they have enjoyed 8-game and 5-game ATS win streaks, but also lost five in a row, straight-up, earlier this season. They're currently riding a 3-game win streak (and a 5-game ATS win streak), following huge blowout wins over Orlando (105-92), Dallas (114-96) and Miami (111-84). But we will go against Cleveland tonight as a road underdog, as it falls into a negative 28% ATS system of mine which fades certain teams off upset wins. And the Wizards are also a solid 21-10 ATS at home vs. foes off back to back wins. Take Washington. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-03-21 | Western Kentucky v. UTSA +3 | Top | 41-49 | Win | 100 | 34 h 19 m | Show |
At 7 pm, on Friday, our selection is on the Texas-San Antonio Roadrunners + the points over Western Kentucky. Texas-San Antonio's 11-game win streak was snapped last weekend, when it lost, 45-23, as a 9.5-point road favorite to North Texas. But the good news for UTSA is that it's back home in the Alamodome on this Friday evening, where it will host Western Kentucky, a team it defeated, 52-46, as a 3.5-point road underdog, in October. And the Roadrunners have been installed as a home underdog for this rematch. That bodes well for Texas-San Antonio, as it's 13-3 ATS its last 16 as an underdog, including 5-0 ATS when off a double-digit loss, and also a perfect 5-0 ATS when getting 4 points or less. Even better: home underdogs with a .700 (or better) win percentage, off a loss by more than 20 points, have cashed 64% the past 42 years against conference foes off a win, including a perfect 10-0 ATS if that foe was playing with revenge. Take the Roadrunners + the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-03-21 | Monmouth v. Niagara +2 | Top | 57-49 | Loss | -107 | 10 h 17 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on the Niagara Purple Eagles over the Monmouth Hawks. In its last game, Monmouth shocked Cincinnati, 61-59, as a 10.5-point road underdog. They'll try to win back-to-back road games tonight, but the going should be tough for King Rice's men. For starters, the Hawks are a horrid 0-8 ATS their last 12 (and 1-12 ATS their last 13) on the road off a road win. And Monmouth also falls into a negative 61-116 ATS system of mine that goes against certain teams off an upset victory. Take the Purple Eagles. |
12-01-21 | Utah +7.5 v. USC | Top | 73-93 | Loss | -110 | 14 h 12 m | Show |
At 11:30 pm, our selection is on the Utah Utes + the points over Southern Cal. The Utes lost to their rival, BYU, 75-64, on Saturday. And that was Utah's first defeat after five wins to start the season. But off that loss, we'll take Utah to rebound tonight vs. Southern Cal. The Trojans pulled off an upset last Friday vs. San Diego State. Unfortunately, the Trojans are 7-20, 26% ATS, off an upset win, if they were favored by more than 4 points in their current game. And USC has only covered 3 of its last 17 games vs. the Utes. Take Utah + the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-01-21 | Mavs -2.5 v. Pelicans | Top | 139-107 | Win | 100 | 11 h 48 m | Show |
At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Dallas Mavericks minus the points over New Orleans. The Mavs and Pelicans will play back to back games over the next few days, with Game 1 being played here, in New Orleans, and the rematch being played in Dallas, on Friday. We'll take Dallas tonight, as it comes into this game off an upset loss at the hands of Cleveland, 114-96, on Monday. Meanwhile, New Orleans blew out the Clippers by 19, 123-104. However, Dallas is a super 124-76 ATS off a straight-up loss, if its opponent was off a straight-up win, including 18-6 ATS as a road favorite, and also 35-13 ATS in the regular season if the Mavs were off a double-digit loss, while their opponent was off a double-digit win. Take Dallas. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-01-21 | Albany v. Kansas State -16.5 | Top | 43-71 | Win | 100 | 11 h 40 m | Show |
At 8 pm, our selection is on the Kansas State Wildcats minus the points over Albany. The Wildcats blew out North Dakota, 84-42, on Sunday. And that 42-point win has triggered a super 74% ATS system of mine which plays on certain teams off blowout wins. Even better: Kansas State is 13-1 ATS its last 14, and 29-12-1 ATS its last 42, off a win by 20+ points, if its opponent was also off a win. Take the Wildcats. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-01-21 | Memphis -11 v. Georgia | Top | 79-82 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 55 m | Show |
At 7:15 pm, our selection is on the Memphis Tigers minus the points over Georgia. The Tigers were handed their first defeat of the season this past Friday, when it succumbed to Iowa State, 78-59. But off that 19-point loss, we'll take the Tigers to bounce back, as they're 17-2 ATS their last 19 when not laying 13+ points, while the Bulldogs are 0-5 ATS their last five. And American Athletic teams have gone 41-27 ATS in non-conference games off an upset non-conference loss. Take Memphis minus the points. |
12-01-21 | Wagner v. Seton Hall -15 | Top | 63-85 | Win | 100 | 10 h 43 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on the Seton Hall Pirates minus the points over Wagner. The #25-ranked Pirates will welcome the Seahawks to Newark this evening, and they'll no doubt be happy to see them, as Seton Hall has completely dominated this series. Indeed, the last four years has witnessed the Pirates win by 33, 34, 40 and 21 points, and Seton Hall is 20-1 at home vs. Wagner! The Seahawks did pull off an impressive upset at VCU in their last game. But that was 18 days ago, as the Seahawks haven't played in almost three weeks, so any momentum which could have been gained from that victory has long since evaporated. The Pirates have been impressive this season, as they own the only road win against a team then ranked among the top 5 (Michigan, Nov. 16). And their only loss was a narrow 3-point defeat to Ohio State, which just defeated #1-ranked Duke last night. The Pirates are 23-0 SU and 17-6 ATS at home when priced from -10.5 to -21 points. Lay the points with Seton Hall. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
12-01-21 | Stetson v. Florida Atlantic -5 | Top | 73-83 | Win | 100 | 10 h 41 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on the Florida Atlantic Owls minus the points over Stetson. The Hatters upset the Owls last year, so Florida Atlantic will be out to avenge that defeat. And I expect a focused effort tonight, as Florida Atlantic comes into tonight's game off back to back home losses. The Owls have cashed 75% at home over the last 16 years if they were off back to back home defeats. Take the Owls minus the points. |
11-30-21 | Hawaii v. Santa Clara -11.5 | Top | 58-70 | Win | 100 | 5 h 14 m | Show |
At 9 pm, our selection is on the Santa Clara Broncos minus the points over Hawaii. The Broncos lost here, at home, to UC Irvine on Saturday, 69-64, as a 3.5-point home favorite, while Hawaii comes in off a loss -- but a point spread cover -- vs. South Alabama. But after getting upset at home, we'll take the Broncos to bounce back tonight in this home game against Hawaii. Over the last four seasons, the Broncos have cashed 74% off an ATS defeat, including 12-1 ATS vs. a foe off an ATS win. Lay the points with Santa Clara. And the Broncos also fall into a 72.5% ATS system of mine which plays on certain teams off upset losses. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-29-21 | Montana v. Oregon -12.5 | Top | 47-87 | Win | 100 | 16 h 45 m | Show |
At 10 pm, our selection is on the Oregon Ducks minus the points over Montana. Dana Altman's men were blitzed by #12-ranked Houston last week, 78-49, in the Maui Invitational, played in Las Vegas. The Cougars shot 51.7% from the floor, and that was the 3rd straight Division 1 opponent which has shot better than 50% vs. the Ducks. And, with its game against Division 2 Chaminade excepted, the Ducks have allowed their last three Division 1 foes to exceed the 50% shooting mark. The silver lining -- if there is one -- is that all of those games were away from home. At the Matthew Knight Arena, the Ducks have played much better, as they're 2-0 SU, with a +6.00 point spread differential (compared to a -19.62 point spread differential away from home). Likewise, tonight's opponent, Montana, has played much better this season at home, in the friendly confines of Dahlberg Arena, than outside Missoula. Indeed, we played on Montana at home this past Friday, and got the $$$ when they smashed Southern Miss, 74-62. The Grizzlies are now 4-0 SU, and 3-0 ATS at home this season, and have covered the spread by 5.83 ppg. But away from home, they are 0-2 ATS, and have a negative point spread differential of -17.25. Going back further, we find that the Grizzlies are 12-23 ATS their last 35 away from Dahlberg Arena, including 2-10 ATS as an underdog of 7+ points. Meanwhile, the Ducks are 97-9 SU and 63-34 ATS at home, including a perfect 5-0 ATS as a double-digit favorite off a loss, in non-conference games, and also 56-4 SU and 44-16 ATS when priced from -4 to -15 points. Take Oregon to blow out Montana. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-28-21 | Rams -1 v. Packers | Top | 28-36 | Loss | -116 | 15 h 16 m | Show |
At 4:25 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Rams minus the points over the Green Bay Packers. We played against Green Bay last week, and took Minnesota as a home dog, and were rewarded with an upset win. And we'll once again go against Aaron Rodgers & Co. this afternoon -- primarily because the Rams are off back to back losses. Los Angeles comes into this game off an upset defeat last week at San Francisco, and they lost to the Titans two games back. And the Rams will also be playing this game with revenge from a loss to Green Bay in last year's playoffs. This season, teams playing with revenge from a playoff defeat have gone 6-1 ATS. And over the last 42 years, teams playing with Playoff revenge have cashed 59% if they were matched up against a non-division foe, and were off a road loss in their previous game. Even better: if our revenger also lost two games back, then our 59% stat zooms to 13-1 ATS since 1980. The Rams have been consistently very strong off losses under head coach Sean McVay. Since his hiring in 2017, the Rams are 16-7 SU and 14-8-1 ATS off a straight-up loss, including 9-1 ATS when not laying 3 or more points, 9-3 ATS on the road, and 3-1-1 ATS off back to back losses. Take the Rams. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-28-21 | UMKC v. Arkansas State -2.5 | Top | 55-66 | Win | 100 | 8 h 18 m | Show |
At 4 pm, our selection is on the Arkansas State Red Wolves minus the points over Kansas City. This game is being played as part of CollegeInsider.com's Eracism Invitational. It will be the 7th meeting between the two schools, and the Wolves lead the series 6-0. In its last game, Arkansas State was upset, 75-51, by Morehead State. But off that upset defeat, we'll take the Red Wolves to bounce back this afternoon. Arkansas State is 39-23-1 ATS off a loss by more than 15 points, including 7-0 ATS its last seven. And the Red Wolves also fall into 73-28 and 57-19 ATS systems of mine, based on their game vs. Morehead State. Lay the points with the Red Wolves. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-28-21 | Titans +7.5 v. Patriots | Top | 13-36 | Loss | -118 | 12 h 53 m | Show |
At 1 pm, our selection is on the Tennessee Titans + the points over New England. The Titans' offense has struggled the last two weeks without Derrick Henry in the fold, as they had two of their three lowest offensive outputs of the season, and failed to cover vs. New Orleans and Houston (and lost to Houston outright, as a 10.5-point favorite). Meanwhile, the Patriots have been the hottest team in football, with five straight wins and covers, to move to 7-4 on the season. Unfortunately for Bill Belichick's men, NFL teams off 5 SU/ATS wins have gone 69-90-6 ATS in the regular season when favored. And teams -- like Tennessee -- off upset losses as favorites of more than 10 points, have gone 27-14 ATS, including 7-0 ATS when installed as an underdog of +4 to +9.5 points. Take the Titans as a road underdog. |
11-28-21 | Jets +2.5 v. Texans | Top | 21-14 | Win | 100 | 12 h 53 m | Show |
At 1 pm, our selection is on the New York Jets + the points over Houston. The Texans snapped their 8-game losing streak last week when they upset Tennessee, 22-13, as a 10.5-point road underdog. But off that huge upset win, we will fade the Texans as a home favorite this afternoon. Since 1991, NFL teams off wins as a double-digit road underdog have gone 47-73-5 ATS, including 22-47-3 ATS vs. foes that don't have a winning record. Additionally, the Texans are a poor 19-32 ATS off an upset win. Take New York + the points. |
11-28-21 | Falcons -1 v. Jaguars | Top | 21-14 | Win | 100 | 12 h 50 m | Show |
At 1 pm, our selection is on the Atlanta Falcons minus the points over Jacksonville. The Falcons are 4-6, and have dropped back to back games, as they lost by 40 to Dallas, and 25 to New England. Yet they've been installed as a road favorite vs. Jacksonville. On the surface, it may look difficult to lay points on the road with Atlanta. But consider that NFL road teams have covered 65.3% over the past 42 seasons off back to back losses by more than 18 points, if their opponent was also off a SU loss. That bodes well for Matt Ryan & Co. this afternoon. As does the fact that .200 (or worse) teams, at Game 11 forward, have covered just 61 of 150 games if they weren't getting 4+ points. Finally, the Jaguars are a wallet-busting 9-28-1 ATS as single-digit home dogs vs. non-division foes. Lay the points with Atlanta. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-27-21 | California v. UCLA -6.5 | Top | 14-42 | Win | 100 | 22 h 22 m | Show |
At 10:30 pm, our selection is on the UCLA Bruins minus the points over California. Last week, the Bruins smashed cross-town rival, USC, by 29 points. And that succeeded a 24-point blowout of Colorado here, at the Rose Bowl. Tonight, they'll welcome the Golden Bears, who also won in blowout fashion last week, 41-11, against rival, Stanford. We'll lay the points with UCLA, as home teams off back to back blowout wins by 24+ points, have cashed 61.1% since 1980 vs. foes also off a blowout 24-point SU/ATS win. That bodes well for UCLA here. As does the fact that this will be the 3rd straight road game for Cal. And, unfortunately for the Bears, single-digit dogs off a conference win, have cashed just 18.7% of conference games, if they were playing their 3rd straight road game, and their opponent was also off a win. Take UCLA to blow out the Bears. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-27-21 | Pelicans v. Jazz -12.5 | Top | 105-127 | Win | 100 | 13 h 52 m | Show |
At 9:10 pm, our selection is on the Utah Jazz minus the points over New Orleans. These two teams met last night here, and the Pelicans stunned the Jazz, 98-87, as a 14-point road underdog. We'll take the Jazz in the rematch, as Utah has covered 75% since 1991 at home when playing with revenge vs. .600 (or worse) foes, if Utah was off a SU/ATS home loss in its previous game. Additionally, the Jazz fall into 117-58 and 140-84 ATS systems of mine that play on certain teams to bounce back off upset defeats. Take the Jazz. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-27-21 | Knicks +5 v. Hawks | Top | 99-90 | Win | 100 | 11 h 21 m | Show |
At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the New York Knicks + the points over Atlanta. The Hawks notched their 7th straight win last night with a 32-point blowout of the Memphis Grizzlies. Meanwhile, the Knicks faced another hot team last night, and fell to the Phoenix Suns, who won their 15th straight. The Knicks last met the Hawks in the playoffs last season, and the Hawks ousted the Knicks with a 4-1 series win. We'll take New York in this revenge role, as it falls into a 97-40 ATS system of mine which plays on certain teams with revenge from a playoff series defeat. Even better: teams (like Atlanta) on a 5-game (or better) win streak, that won their previous game by more than 25 points, have gone 0-17 ATS their last 17! Take the Knicks + the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-27-21 | Kentucky v. Louisville -3 | Top | 52-21 | Loss | -102 | 19 h 23 m | Show |
At 7:30 pm, our selection is on the Louisville Cardinals minus the points over Kentucky. The Cards come into tonight's rivalry game off their two best games of the season. Two weeks ago, they routed Syracuse, 41-3, as a 3-point home favorite. And then they followed up that victory with a 62-22 destruction of Duke, in Durham. Faithful followers know I love playing on home teams that can score. And NCAA Football teams have cashed 65.3% at home since 1980 vs. foes off a SU win, if our home team was off back to back SU/ATS wins in which it scored more than 40 points, and it wasn't favored by more than 3 points in the current game. Take Louisville minus the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-27-21 | West Virginia -15 v. Kansas | Top | 34-28 | Loss | -115 | 19 h 56 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on the West Virginia Mountaineers minus the points over Kansas. WVU is 5-6 on the season, and needs to win this afternoon to attain eligibility for a Bowl game. Kansas has played great the previous two weeks, as it won, 57-56, as a 31-point underdog at Texas. And then it covered the 21-point spread last week, in Fort Worth, vs. TCU (but lost 31-28). We'll fade Kansas here, as underdogs of more than 14 points, off back-to-back covers as an underdog by more than 14 points, have cashed just 30.3% since 1980. Take West Virginia to blow out the Jayhawks. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-27-21 | UL-Monroe +22 v. UL-Lafayette | Top | 16-21 | Win | 100 | 16 h 54 m | Show |
At 4 pm, our selection is on the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks + the points over the Louisiana-Lafayette Rajin' Cajuns. On the surface, this looks like a mismatch, with the Warhawks on a 4-game losing streak, and the Cajuns on a 10-game win streak. But this Sun Belt conference rivalry has been dominated by the underdog, and especially the ROAD underdog, which has gone a staggering 16-0 ATS since 1998! And that's the way we'll look today, as Louisiana Lafayette also falls into a negative 80-153 ATS system of mine which fades certain .900 (or better) teams off point spread wins. Take Monroe + the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-27-21 | Lamar v. Texas Tech -26.5 | Top | 57-89 | Win | 100 | 8 h 37 m | Show |
At 4 pm, our selection is on the Texas Tech Red Raiders minus the points over Lamar. The Red Raiders have sprinted out to a 5-0 record after walloping Nebraska-Omaha, 96-40, on Tuesday. We'll lay the points with Texas Tech as it is 52-4 SU and 30-10 ATS at home off a win by 12+ points, if it wasn't an underdog of 5+ points in its current game, including a perfect 8-0 ATS vs. .250 (or worse) opponents. Lay the points with the Red Raiders. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-27-21 | Northwestern v. Illinois -6.5 | Top | 14-47 | Win | 100 | 15 h 29 m | Show |
At 3:30 pm, our selection is on the Illinois Illini minus the points over Northwestern. These two cross-state rivals have met 114 times, with the Wildcats winning each of the last six. But this is a great spot for Illinois to snap this losing streak, as it hasn't been favored by this many points since 2011. Indeed, it's been an underdog in eight of the last nine meetings (and, more often than not, a double-digit underdog). But this season, Northwestern is suffering through a down year, and enters this game on a 5-game losing streak. We'll lay the points, as revenge-minded teams have cashed 60% since 1981 when playing their final home game of the season against an opponent on a 5-game (or worse) losing streak. Take Illinois. |
11-27-21 | Hawaii v. Wyoming -10 | Top | 38-14 | Loss | -120 | 15 h 58 m | Show |
At 3 pm, our selection is on the Wyoming Cowboys minus the points over Hawaii. The Rainbows upset the Colorado State Rams last week, on the Island, but now will play at Laramie, in their season finale. Unfortunately for Hawaii, it's covered just 12 of 45 games off a win, if it was playing a conference foe also off a win. And the Cowboys are 6-0-2 ATS their last eight vs. foes off an upset win, as well as 6-0 SU and 5-1 ATS at home vs. Hawaii. Take Wyoming. |
11-27-21 | Maine v. Bradley -14.5 | Top | 39-71 | Win | 100 | 7 h 36 m | Show |
At 3 pm, our selection is on the Bradley Braves minus the points over Maine. Each of these teams has gotten off to slow starts this season. Bradley is 1-5 SU and 1-4 ATS, while Maine is 2-3 SU and 0-3 ATS. We'll step in and take Bradley today as a double-digit home favorite, as Missouri Valley Conference teams off 3+ losses, have gone 21-8 ATS when laying more than 3 points at home vs. non-conference foes. Take Bradley. |
11-27-21 | Delaware State v. Long Island -12 | Top | 65-99 | Win | 100 | 6 h 36 m | Show |
At 2 pm, our selection is on the Long Island Sharks minus the points over Delaware State. The Sharks are 0-4 following their narrow defeat, 64-62, at St Peters, as a 9.5-point underdog. This will be the home opener for Long Island, and it will also be the first game in which it is favored, so it will no doubt be happy to see the Hornets today at Steinberg Wellness Center. Long Island has cashed 67% when laying 5+ points, while the Hornets are 1-10 ATS as a double-digit underdog vs. foes off a SU loss. And the Sharks fall into a 73.5% ATS system of mine which plays on certain favorites of more than 8 points off a SU loss. Take Long Island. |
11-27-21 | McNeese State v. Samford -6.5 | Top | 75-83 | Win | 100 | 5 h 8 m | Show |
At 1:30 pm, our selection is on the Samford Bulldogs minus the points over McNeese State. The Cowboys and Bulldogs are playing in the Emerald Coast Classic this afternoon, in Niceville, FL. Yesterday, each of these teams pulled off victories. McNeese blew out St Francis (NY), 71-59, as a 2.5-point dog, while Samford edged NC A&T, 77-75. We'll lay the points with Samford, as it falls into a superb 115-49 ATS system of mine, which goes against certain teams off upset wins. Take the Bulldogs minus the points. |
11-27-21 | Coppin State v. East Carolina -15.5 | Top | 68-70 | Loss | -110 | 5 h 38 m | Show |
At 1 pm, our selection is on the East Carolina Pirates minus the points over Coppin State. The Eagles enter this afternoon's game in Greenville off seven straight ATS wins. But this ATS success has triggered a negative 58-98 ATS system of mine. Additionally, underdogs of more than 14 points, off 6 straight covers, have cashed just 34% since 1990. Take East Carolina. |
11-27-21 | Richmond +1.5 v. Mississippi State | Top | 71-82 | Loss | -106 | 4 h 9 m | Show |
At 12:30 pm, our selection is on the Richmond Spiders + the points over Mississippi State. This game will be played in the Baha Mar Convention Center, in the Bahamas. Maryland and Louisville reached the championship game, while these two teams will meet in the consolation round. And it will be the 2nd meeting in 2021 between the schools. They actually met last year in the quarter-finals of the NIT Tournament, and Miss State hit a 3-pointer with 2 seconds left to lift it to a 68-67 victory. We'll take revenge-minded Richmond this afternoon, as it falls into a 73.9% ATS revenge system of mine. And the Spiders are also 16-9 ATS when installed as an underdog away from home, and playing with revenge vs. a non-conference foe. Take the Spiders. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-27-21 | Ohio State v. Michigan +7.5 | Top | 27-42 | Win | 100 | 17 h 43 m | Show |
At 12 Noon, our selection is on the Michigan Wolverines + the points over Ohio State. The Buckeyes come into this game on a 9-game win streak, and have won their last two games by the scores of 59-31 and 56-7. But I believe Jim Harbaugh's men are in prime position to snap their 8-game losing streak to the Buckeyes. Michigan is 10-1 on the season, and has gone 9-2 ATS, while covering the spread by 8.18 ppg. U-M has been installed as a big home dog, and we'll grab the points, as we note that .700 (or better) teams, playing their final home game of the season, have cashed 71.8% in their final home game of the season against a conference foe off a double-digit win, if our home team was getting 7 or more points. Even better: road teams off back to back 38-point (or greater) wins have covered just 23.8% since 1980 in their final game of the season when matched up against a conference foe. Take Michigan + the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie |
11-26-21 | Southern Miss v. Montana -7 | Top | 62-74 | Win | 100 | 5 h 12 m | Show |
At 9:30 pm, our selection is on the Montana Grizzlies minus the points over Southern Miss. The Golden Eagles enter tonight's Zootown Classic game, at Dahlberg Arena, off back to back upset wins to start the tourney. They defeated NC Wilmington on Wednesday, 80-66, as a 2-point dog. Then they also upset UC San Diego last night, 56-55. Now, they'll take on the homestanding Grizzlies. Unfortunately, unrested teams, off back to back upset wins, have covered just 26% on the road in the regular season since 1990 vs. foes off a SU win. Take Montana minus the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-26-21 | Wizards -7.5 v. Thunder | Top | 101-99 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 38 m | Show |
At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Washington Wizards minus the points over Oklahoma City. The Wizards were favored by four points at New Orleans on Wednesday, yet were blown out by 25, 127-102. We'll take Washington to bounce back, as NBA road favorites of -4 (or more) points, off 24-point (or worse) upset losses, have covered 61.3% over the last 32 years. Take the Wizards. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-26-21 | Bulls -8.5 v. Magic | Top | 123-88 | Win | 100 | 11 h 39 m | Show |
At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Chicago Bulls minus the points over Orlando. The Bulls were upset by Houston two nights ago. And they also were upset by the Pacers two games back. Off those two upset defeats, we'll step in and take the Bulls as a road favorite this evening, as > .600 favorites, off back to back upset losses, have gone 136-97 ATS in the regular season vs. foes off a loss. Take Chicago |
11-26-21 | Suns v. Knicks +3.5 | Top | 118-97 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 38 m | Show |
At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the New York Knicks + the points over the Phoenix Suns. The Suns have ripped off 14 straight wins. But their six road games in this stretch were against Sacramento, Memphis, Houston, Minnesota, San Antonio and Cleveland. And of these teams, only Memphis made last year's Playoffs -- and that was as a #8 seed. The number has also caught up to the Suns, as they've covered just one of their last six games. This will be the first time this season that the Knicks have been installed as a home underdog. But, dating back to last season, they're 4-1 ATS their last five as a home dog. Grab the points. |
11-26-21 | Portland State v. Iowa -24.5 | Top | 51-85 | Win | 100 | 10 h 25 m | Show |
At 7:00 pm, our selection is on the Iowa Hawkeyes minus the points over Portland State. This is a momentum play for us, as Iowa comes into tonight's game off a 48-point thrashing of Western Michigan. Iowa is now 5-0 on the season, and has outscored its opposition by 31.2 ppg. And it's covered the spread by an average of 6.10 ppg. Portland State, meanwhile, has a negative point spread differential (-8.25), and has covered just 38% as underdogs vs. non-conference foes off a SU/ATS win. Iowa has also covered 63% as a big favorite of -23 (or more) points. Lay the points with the Hawkeyes. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-26-21 | Iona v. Belmont -3.5 | Top | 65-72 | Win | 100 | 3 h 44 m | Show |
At 7 pm, our selection is on the Belmont Bruins minus the points over Iona. This game will be played at HP Field House, in Orlando, FL. Rick Pittino's Gaels upset Alabama yesterday, in the first round of this ESPN Events Invitational, as a 13-point underdog. And that avenged a 68-55 loss to the Crimson Tide in the opening round of last year's NCAA Tournament. Off last night's huge emotional victory, we will fade Iona tonight. Indeed, teams that avenged non-conference tourney losses as underdogs of 7 (or more) points have covered their next game just 25% since 1991. That doesn't bode well for the Gaels tonight. Nor does the fact that Iona has covered 0 of 9 off an upset win as a dog of 6+ points. Or that the Bruins are 13-4 ATS away from home vs. .880 (or better) foes. Lay the points with the Bruins. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-26-21 | Cincinnati v. East Carolina +14 | Top | 35-13 | Loss | -107 | 7 h 60 m | Show |
At 3:30 pm, our selection is on the East Carolina Pirates + the points over Cincinnati. The Bearcats' undefeated record will be put to the test this afternoon, as the Pirates certainly have the wherewithal to pull off the outright upset. ECU has won four straight, and has covered six of seven coming into this contest. And they've scored 45, 30 and 38 in their last three games. Faithful followers know I love playing on home dogs that can score. And home underdogs off 3+ wins, in which they've scored 113+ points, have cashed 60% over the last 42 years, including 14-3 ATS their last 17 when getting more than 7 points from an undefeated team. Take East Carolina. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-26-21 | Boise State v. San Diego State +3 | Top | 16-27 | Win | 100 | 4 h 32 m | Show |
At 12 Noon, our selection is on the San Diego State Aztecs + the points over Boise State. This game will be played bright-and-early on the West Coast -- a necessity since that was the only way for it to be televised by CBS. We'll take the homestanding Aztecs as an underdog. SDSU is 10-1 on the season. And teams with a > .900 record have gone 74-46-5 ATS as home underdogs when matched up against opponents off a SU win, including 28-11 ATS if their opponent covered the spread by 10+ points in its previous game. That bodes well for Brady Hoke's men today. As does the fact that SDSU is 12-5 ATS in its final home game of the season. Take the Aztecs. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-26-21 | Eastern Michigan v. Central Michigan -8.5 | Top | 10-31 | Win | 100 | 4 h 31 m | Show |
At 12 Noon, our selection is on the Central Michigan Chippewas minus the points over Eastern Michigan. The Eagles pulled off a big upset last week, when they stunned Western Michigan, 22-21. But they'll find the sledding tougher in Mt. Pleasant this afternoon, as the Chippewas are on a 3-game SU/ATS win streak, and have covered the spread in those three games by 20.5, 21.5 and 17.5 points. Dating back 42 years, home teams off 3 straight covers by double-digits have cashed 60% when matched up against a conference foe off an upset win. Even worse: Eastern Michigan is a wallet-busting 9-25 ATS on the road off a home win. Take Central Michigan. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-26-21 | Baylor -5.5 v. Michigan State | Top | 75-58 | Win | 100 | 2 h 24 m | Show |
At 11 am, our selection is on the Baylor Bears minus the points over Michigan State. This game tips off early in the Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament in the Bahamas. Michigan State comes into the game off an upset win over UConn, 64-60, as a 2.5-point underdog. They'll now take on the defending champion Bears, who eked out a 69-61 win over Virginia Commonwealth, as a 13.5-point favorite. But Baylor is 12-7 ATS off a point spread loss. And it also falls into a very good 140-67 ATS system of mine which plays on certain favorites off ATS defeats. Take the Bears. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-25-21 | Ole Miss v. Mississippi State -2 | Top | 31-21 | Loss | -110 | 16 h 42 m | Show |
At 7:30 pm, our selection is on the Mississippi State Bulldogs minus the points over Ole Miss. This Egg Bowl rivalry is one of the best in College Football, and one reason for this is that the state of Mississippi has no professional sports teams or major cities. The rivalry dates back to 1901, when Mississippi St (then known as Mississippi A&M) defeated Ole Miss, 17-0. Ole Miss currently leads the series 63-46-6, including a win last year, 31-24, in Oxford. Tonight's game will be played in Starkville, and we'll take the revenge-minded Bulldogs. The revenger in this series has done quite well, as it's gone 24-15-1 ATS, including 9-1 ATS its last 10 when it owned a win percentage of .600 (or better). Even better: the Bulldogs come into this game off momentum-building, back-to-back SU/ATS wins. And they have covered the last five in a row, culminating in last week's 55-10 thrashing of Tennessee St. The Rebels have struggled over the years in competitively-priced games with point spreads of 3 points or less, as they've gone 18-33-2 ATS, including 1-12 ATS vs. revenge-minded foes. Take the Bulldogs minus the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-25-21 | Raiders +9 v. Cowboys | Top | 36-33 | Win | 100 | 13 h 31 m | Show |
At 4:30 pm, our selection is on the Las Vegas Raiders + the points over Dallas. The Raiders sprinted out to a 5-2 start, including two impressive wins against Denver and Philadelphia following the Jon Gruden resignation. But then WR Henry Ruggs caused real damage to the team (not to mention himself, and the woman he killed), and the Raiders proceeded to lose their next three games to the Giants, Chiefs and Bengals. Las Vegas is 5-5, so it needs to win this afternoon to get back in the Wild Card hunt. We'll take the points, as .500 (or better) NFL teams, off back-to-back games where they failed to cover the spread by 10+ points, have cashed 65.7% since 1980 vs. .700 (or better) opposition. Additionally, the Cowboys have covered just 10 of 37 games as a home favorite vs. non-division foes, if that opponent entered off a home loss. Take the Raiders + the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-25-21 | Fresno State v. San Jose State +7.5 | Top | 40-9 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 34 m | Show |
At 3:30 pm, our selection is on the San Jose St Spartans + the points over Fresno St. The Spartans suffered a 31-point upset loss at the hands of Utah St last week, 48-17, as a 4.5-point home favorite. But prior to that loss, the Spartans had covered four straight games. This afternoon, San Jose has been installed as a big home dog, and we'll grab the points, as we note that Mountain West Conference home dogs of more than 3 points have gone 41-20 ATS in their final home game of the season, including 3-0 ATS off an upset loss. Take San Jose. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-24-21 | Blazers v. Kings +2.5 | Top | 121-125 | Win | 100 | 11 h 43 m | Show |
At 10:10 pm, our selection is on the Sacramento Kings + the points over Portland. The Luke Walton era came to an unceremonious end, when he was fired a couple of days ago. Alvin Gentry is the interim coach, and Sacramento dropped its first game with him manning the sidelines, 102-94, to Philadelphia. Tonight, the Kings will host the Trail Blazers, who are on a 4-game SU/ATS win streak, and we'll grab the points with the home underdog, as the Kings fall into a superb 31-6 ATS system of mine which plays on certain home teams against foes off 3 ATS wins. Take Sacramento + the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
11-24-21 | Hawks v. Spurs +4.5 | Top | 124-106 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 14 m | Show |
At 8:40 pm our selection is on the San Antonio Spurs + the points over Atlanta. The Hawks have won 5 straight, while the Spurs have lost 5 straight. But the Spurs are 61-20 ATS at home vs. Eastern conference foes, if the Spurs were off a loss, and their opponent was not off a SU/ATS loss. Take San Antonio + the points. |
11-24-21 | Pistons +15 v. Bucks | Top | 93-114 | Loss | -107 | 9 h 45 m | Show |
At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Detroit Pistons + the points over Milwaukee. The Pistons come into this game off an 8-point home loss last night. But Detroit is a solid 5-0 ATS its last five, and 24-9 ATS its last 33 off a home defeat, including 6-0 ATS when getting 9+ points. Take the Pistons. |
11-24-21 | Bulls -8.5 v. Rockets | Top | 113-118 | Loss | -109 | 9 h 44 m | Show |
At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Chicago Bulls minus the points over Houston. The Bulls were blasted in their last game by 32 points. We'll take Chicago to rebound tonight, as road favorites off an upset home loss by more than 25 points have covered 63.1% since 1990. Take Chicago. |
11-24-21 | Sam Houston State v. SMU -12 | Top | 66-75 | Loss | -115 | 9 h 40 m | Show |
At 8 pm, our selection is on the SMU Mustangs minus the points over Sam Houston State. The Mustangs were upset by Loyola Marymount on Monday, but we'll take them to bounce back tonight vs. the Bearkats, as they're 26-2 SU and 19-7-2 ATS off a loss, when favored by more than 4 vs. a non-conference foe. 11-24-21 | CS-Fullerton v. Northern Arizona +4 | Top | 73-56 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 40 m | Show |
At 8 pm, our selection is on the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks plus the points over Cal State Fullerton. Each of these teams played Rio Grande Valley over the past two days. On Monday, the Vaqueros upset the Lumberjacks, 82-80. Then, last night, Rio Grande also upset Fullerton, 72-67. We'll grab the points with the Lumberjacks, as they're 15-4 ATS as an underdog of +5 (or more) points off an upset loss, including 6-0 ATS vs. non-conference foes. Take Northern Arizona. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. |
