Game: Arkansas at Auburn Feb 25 2012 4:00PM
Prediction: Auburn
Grade: Loser (-110)
Reason: It has been a pretty successful season for the Tigers, at least by Auburn standards. After winning just 11 games last season, they have 14 wins this year and they have already matched their number of SEC victories. They can surpass that with a win here over Arkansas as they will be after their 14th home win of the season. Notice how the overall wins and home wins are right next to each other and that is because the home team 22-3 in Auburn game this season not contested on a neutral floor. The same can be pretty much said for Arkansas as the host is 25-3 in its 28 games this season. The Razorbacks are 0-8 on the season on the highway, getting outscored by an average of 14 ppg. This includes a 0-6 record in the SEC and there is no indication that it will turn around. Even though Arkansas has pretty much owned this series, including a win this year, the Tigers are 10-0-1 ATS over the last 11 meetings. Also, Auburn is on a 10-2 ATS run and is in great shape for some payback. 9* (576) Auburn Tigers

Game: Purdue at Michigan Feb 25 2012 6:00PM
Prediction: Michigan
Grade: Loser (-110)
Reason: The Big Ten race is still very wide open as the Wolverines are tied with the Buckeyes for second place and just a game back of Michigan St. It has been a superb season for Michigan which has won four straight to improve to 21-7 overall including 11-4 in the Big Ten. All four of those losses have been on the road as Michigan remains undefeated at home with a 15-0 record. This is the last home game of the season so it is not only Senior Night but a chance to remain undefeated at home for the first time in 35 years. Purdue is trying to fight its way back into the Big Dance and it is currently sitting at a projected 10 seed. A win here would certainly do it good but a loss will not hurt as it would be considered a quality loss. The Boilermakers have won three of their last four games but they have come against no one and their 8-7 conference record includes a 0-6 record in the six games it has played against teams with a winning conference record. The Boilermakers are now 2-10 in their last 12 games following a cover. 9* (600) Michigan Wolverines

Game: Northwestern at Penn State Feb 25 2012 9:00PM
Prediction: Northwestern
Grade: Loser (-110)
Reason: Northwestern could have gotten one step closer to the Big Dance with a win at home against Michigan on Tuesday but the Wildcats came up short of winning in regulation and were dominated in overtime by the Wolverines. The Wildcats have never been to the NCAA Tournament but at 6-9 in the Big Ten Conference, there is talk they can make it in. It starts with this game however and there are no excuses. If northwestern loses, it has no chance unless it can win the Big Ten Tournament, which is highly unlikely. Penn St. had won two straight games before heading to Wisconsin and losing to the Badgers by 10 points last Sunday. It was a respectable loss for the Nittany Lions but they remain in a tie for last place in the conference with Nebraska at 4-11. losses have been contagious for Penn St. as it has losing skids of three and five games within the conference and riding just a one-game losing streak now means more is to come. They are playing with revenge but there are more important issues on the other side. 9* (657) Northwestern Wildcats
