Two records will be put to the test in Tuesday NBA betting action with both having the possibility of continuing as Miami hosts Golden State. One is the Warriors pathetic 4-23 SU road record. The other is Miami's crazy totals run of 14-3-1. Note that the oddsmakers have not attached an overnight line to this matchup due to the unknown status of two key Golden State contributors.

Surprisingly, the Heat come in as the more struggling team. They've lost four in a row, including a 96-80 loss Sunday night to Orlando. Making the result even more depressing is the fact that Dwyane Wade returned to action following a four-game absence for what he termed a "playoff-like game." The team couldn't even cover as 11-point underdogs, its third straight ATS loss overall.

Wade shot just 6 of 17 from the field in the loss, including 1 of 5 in the second half. He had a much better performance in the first meeting with Golden State this season, scoring 35 points that included a 15 of 15 effort from the free throw line.

Another loss and Miami would match a season-high for consecutive losses. They've nearly fallen out of the top eight in the Eastern Conference, currently tied with division mate Charlotte for the final playoff spot.

The Heat have beaten Golden State three straight times and 21 of the last 28 meetings. The Warriors have not won on South Beach since 2003. This after winning 14 of the first 15 all-time meetings.

Golden State will be trying to win back to back games for the first time since January 8th. That's an unlikely result, given their road record, which includes losses in 14 of 15 games, including six straight.

On Saturday, the Warriors defeated Detroit 95-88 as four-point favorites, the first time all season that they won a game without scoring 100 points.
