Mostly every poll I look at has Kansas winning the National Championship this year. They have all five starters returning. I understand that the Big 12 will be the best league in the country hands down. Senior guard Sherron Collins is considered as perhaps the best all around guard in the country. Shooting guard Tyshawn Taylor shot over 50% from the floor and should improve his scoring in his sophomore season. Guard Brady Morningstar shot 42% from beyond the arc and he makes everyone around him better. Center Cole Aldrich averaged 14.9 points and 11.1 rebounds a game on his way to 21 double doubles. We can't forget Coach Bill Self. He gets his team to play hard every game and he is now considered one of the Elite coaches in College Basketball. There are no guarantees being made here as the Big 12 stands tall with any league in the country. In closing, the Jayhawks have the goods to get it done but there are no locks in sports or life.
